选取130例脑梗死病例，对脑梗死所致眩晕，面瘫，语言障碍，肢体及面部麻木，肢体运动障碍，眼球运动障碍6大症状的责任病灶进行统计分析。结果：80％的脑梗死病例在磁共振图像上找到了责任病灶。结论：磁共振在脑梗死定位诊断上的应用价值是巨大的。

Results Metaphysis osteoporosis was observed on X-ray and CT in acute stage, the midsection of infarct of bone was isointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Small worm-eaten change and stippled calcification was observed on X-ray and CT in subacute stage, the infarct of bone was iso/hypointensity on T1WI and iso/hyperintensity signal on T2WI, the edge of infarct of bone was ring-shaped hypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity signal on T2WI. Irregular and wriggle osteosclerosis was observed on X-ray and CT in chronic stage, was hypointensity on T1WI and T2WI.

结果 骨梗死急性期X线、CT表现为干骺端骨质疏松，MR T1WI骨梗死灶中央部分呈等至高信号，T2WI呈高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；亚急性期X线、CT表现为小的虫噬样改变，伴有斑点状钙化，MR T1WI骨梗死灶呈等或低信号，T2WI呈等或稍高信号，T1WI骨梗死灶边缘呈环形低信号，T2WI呈环形高信号；慢性期X线、CT表现为不规则状、蜿蜒状骨质硬化，MR T1WI和T2WI均呈低信号。

RESULTS: Of the 126 patients, 8(6. 3％) patients were confirmed of total anterior circulation infarction, 29 (23. 0％) of part anterior circulation infarction, 78(61.9％) of lacunar infarction, 11(8.7％) of posterior circulation infarction . They were followed-up for 6 months, and meanwhile 12 patients died. Of the other 114 cases the prognosis of TACI was the worst, while the prognosis of POCI and LACI was relatively better than that of PACI.

结果：在126例脑梗死患者中，完全前循环梗死8例(6.3％)，部分前循环梗死29例(23.0％)，腔隙性梗死78例(61.9％)，后循环梗死11例(8.7％)；随访期间12例患者死亡，114例完成了6个月随访，TACI的预后最差，POCI和LACI预后相对较好，PACI次之。

Based on the latest achievements of the mechanism of peradaptation to myocardium ischemia and pharmacodic preadaptation up to date, observations were made on 80 patients of acute myocardial infarction to assess the enzymatic dynamics of myocardium, symptoms after myocardial infarction occurred like cardiac rhythm abnormality, anginapectoris, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, reinfarct and the mortality in the hospital. The results indicated that peradaptation to myocardium ischemia is of significance in protecting myocardium, reducing the areas of infarction, abating the cardiac insufficiency after infarction and reducing the abnormality of heart rhythm and significantly ameliorating the prognosis.

本研究结合现代医学对心肌缺血预适应机制及药理性预适应作用的最新研究成果和动向，通过临床观察80例急性心肌梗死患者的心肌酶学变化，心律失常、梗死后心绞痛、心力衰竭、心源性休克、再次梗死等心肌梗死后并发症和住院病死率，证实缺血预适应具有保护心肌，缩小梗死范围，减轻梗死后心功能不全及减少心律失常的作用，可明显改善心肌梗死病人的预后。

Patients had alien hand syndrome (11%), 17 patients had history of hypertention (54.83%) 16 patients had coronary artery heart disease (51.61%), 10 patients had diabetes mellitus (32.25%), 9 patients had history of cerebral infarction (29.03%), 17 patients had disorders of conciousness and mental (54.83%), 18 patients had language disorder (58.1%), 21 patients had disorders of limbs in different degrees (74.19%). MRI imaging of 22 patients showed previous cerebral infarction focuses (70.96%), 16 patients with leukoaraiosis (61%), 9 patients with angiostenosis (29%), stenosis was over 60% in 6 patients, and 7 patients showed cerebral microbleeding (22.58%). There were 34 focus of copus callusum infarctions in 31 patients.

异手综合征者3例(11%)，高血压病史17例(54.83%)，冠心病16例(51.61%)，糖尿病10例(32.25%)，脑梗死史者9例(29.03%)，神志和精神异常的17例(54.83%)，语言障碍的患者18例(58.1%)，21例(74.19%)患者有不同程度肢体运动障碍。31例胼胝体梗死患者，共34处胼胝体梗死病灶，胼胝体梗死的患者合并其它部位陈旧性梗死灶22例(70.96%)，伴有白质稀疏16例(61%)，发现血管狭窄9例（29%，其中狭窄超过60%者6例），有7例(22.58%)伴有微出血。
