In order to study the mechanical behavior of special joint at connection between stiff suspension cable and upper chord of truss beam for stiff suspension reinforced steel truss bridge, a 1:2 scale-down model test and three-dimensional finite element analysis of Dongjiang Bridge's special joint S25 were investigated in order to find the stresses distribution rule and mechanical property of the special joint.

为研究刚性悬索加劲钢桁梁桥刚性悬索与桁梁上弦杆的连接处特殊节点的力学行为，结合东莞市东江大桥，采用1：2的几何缩尺比例，对其特殊节点S25进行了模型试验研究，并进行了详细的空间有限元分析。

According to the operation experience of the Schnabel car,the structure analysis model for the Schnabel on 380 t Schnabel car is set up,the boundary limiting conditions and loading conditions of the Schnabel are analysed comprehensively.

根据钳夹车运用经验，建立了380t钳夹车钳形梁结构分析模型，对钳形梁的边界约束条件和载荷工况进行了综合分析、处理。

METHODS: The rib trabeculae were resected and broken, trypsinizated and washed completely by PBS. Bone surface and non-adhesive floating cells in cleaning fluid were observed with inverted microscope. Rib trabeculae was washed by DMEM culture medium once, and cultured in culture bottle. The culture liquid was replaced by new one once a week. The osteoblast was moved from the sclerite a week later. The cells were fused monolayer and could be subcultured 4 to 6 weeks later.

切下人肋骨骨小梁剪碎，胰酶消化后以PBS彻底冲洗直至于倒置显微镜下观察骨片表面及清洗液中无粘着及漂浮的细胞，以DMEM完全培养液清洗骨小梁1次，移入培养瓶内培养，每周更换培养液1次，1周后可见成骨细胞自骨片移出，4~6周细胞融合成单层可作传代培养。

Test and analytical studies indicated that (1) connection moment strengths in positive bending were similar but in negative bending were different on the order of 0.72 and 0.6 percent compared to the bare steel beam subassembly so that the self-centering behavior of the subassemblies with the composite concrete slab was not observed,(2) force-transferring mechanism in the connection proposed was able to predict the force-deformation relationship of the subassembly with the composite concrete slab, and (3) a general-purpose nonlinear finite element analysis program ABAQUS was used to perform the correlation study on the subassemblies with and without composite concrete slab.

实验结果显示(1)含楼版试体在千斤顶往正方向作用时的弯矩与未架设楼版试体接近，但在千斤顶往负方向作用时未架设楼版试体的弯矩分别约为含楼版试体的0.72%及0.6%，所以预力梁柱接合系统於钢梁上架设楼版，对预力系统自行复位的能力造成很大的影响、(2)由预力梁柱接合系统力量与位移间的关系利用迭代方法可以预测含楼版试体的行为、及(3)以有限元素分析程式模拟其中一组含非传统楼版试体以探讨含楼版预力接合系统在挠曲载重作用下的行为。
