Based on the fire tests of one unstrengthened reinforced concrete beam and five reinforced concrete beams strengthened in flexure with carbon fiber sheets, the influence of fire insulation thickness, load ratio and strengthening ratio on the fire resistance of reinforced concrete beam strengthened in flexure with carbon fiber sheet has been discussed.

通过一根未加固钢筋混凝土梁，以及五根碳纤维布抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁的三面受火试验，探讨不同厚度的厚涂型防火涂料、不同荷载比、不同碳纤维布加固量等因素对碳纤维布抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁耐火性能的影响。

Three-side fire tests of one unstrengthened reinforced concrete beam and five RC beams strengthened in flexure with carbon fiber sheets were carried out to reveal the influences of such factors as thick-layered fire coating thickness, load ratio and CFS-strengthening ratio on the fire resistance of the strengthened beams.

On the basis of experimental research,through compartmentalizing experimental beams into plenty of tiny cell,according to constitutive equation of each materials including steel bar,concrete,CFRP, this paper presents numerical simulation study of flexural all course of RC beams strengthened with CFRP, the theoretical results agree closely with those of the test.

In an attempt to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Healon in trabeculectomy, 20 eyes with Healon and 20 eyes without Healon injection after trabeculectomy are compared. Trabeculectomy using Healon will not induce transient rise of intraocular pressure. By filling the anterior chamber with Healon, a tamponing effect results which will maintain a deep chamber and reduce complications such as flat anterior chamber, choroidal detachment and striate keratopathy in the early postoperative period. In long-term evaluation there is no difference in pressure control, conjunctival scarring and corneal endothelial cell loss between Healon group and Non-Healon group.关键词 trabeculectomy , flat anterior chamber , choroidal detachment , intraocular pressure

为了评估Healen在小梁切除术中之疗效及安全性，选20位接受小梁切除术者，同时注射Healon於前房为实验对象，另20位接受传统小梁切除术为对照组，发现使用Healon并不会引起一过性眼压上升的现象，Healon注入前房，产生填塞作用，最大的好处是可以维持前房深度，减少术后合并症如前房消失，脉络膜剥离及角膜水肿等，然长期追踪，对於降眼压的幅度，不因使用Healon而可达到低眼压状态，也不会减少结合膜瘢痕化而促进房水引流，然Healon系一无毒，无炎性，无抗原性高黏稠性的物质，不因使用而发生炎性反应，同时有保护角膜内层细胞的功能。

Results After 3 months of kidney radiation by 15 Gy of Cs137 γ-rays, the changes with kidney shrank, Bowman's capsules straitened or disappeared, glomerular swelled, some epithelia denaturalized or died were observed. Mitochondria tumefied and the cristae shortened, lessened and disordered. Urine β2-MP rose evidently. It was lowered significantly the renal 25-OH-D-1α-hydroxylase activity and its mRNA expression. The dry and ash weight, BMD of femur and lumbar were significantly reduced, volume and width of bone trabecula were distinctly decreased and the space increased in model group. The Pyd / Cr increased and ALP decreased as well.

结果 15Gy 137Cs-γ射线肾局部照射3个月后肾脏体积缩小，肾小球肿大，Bowman氏囊囊腔狭窄甚至消失，部分肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死，线粒体肿胀，体积增大，线粒体嵴变短、减少、排列紊乱；尿β2-MP显著增加；肾1α羟化酶活性及1α羟化酶mRNA基因表达量明显下降；肾辐射组股骨干重、灰重、腰椎和股骨BMD明显降低；骨小梁体积和骨小梁宽度减少，骨小梁间距增加，MAR减小；腰椎压缩和股骨三点弯最大载荷明显降低，Pyd / Cr值明显增加，ALP显著降低。

Based on these hot and key spots in construction of high dams at present, Combining one of the 973 plan projects: Study of Global Stability of Geology Engineering System under Interaction of Several Factors(NO.2002CB412707), the dissertation mainly studies the stability anomaly and corresponding shape optimization. The main contents are as follows:The dissertation advances stability analysis method of arch dams based on arch-cantilever method, that is, the stability of arch ring and cantilever are analyzed respectively based on arch-cantilever method and corresponding formula of stability calculation is established. So the calculation methods of dam stress and stability are unified.

围绕目前高拱坝建设中的热点和重点问题，结合973计划课题：多因素相互作用下地质工程系统的整体稳定性研究(编号 2002CB412707)，重点研究高拱坝的稳定转异以及体形优化，现将主要内容归纳如下：本文提出基于拱梁分载法的拱坝稳定分析方法，即在拱梁分载法的基础上，分别分析拱圈和悬臂梁的稳定，建立相应的稳定计算公式，统一坝体结构稳定和应力计算方法。
