单侧或双侧桡骨线变形包括手掌发育不良，拇指发育不良/发育不全，三指节畸形，轴前并指畸形，畸形手，前臂偏斜，Duane异常，感觉神经性或传导性耳聋，和肾的异常。

Though from Pouteau、Colles there has 200 years on the study of distal radial fracture,because the multifomity of the damage style and the influnce of later functional exercise ,the prospective efficacy is not sure.

虽然从Pouteau、Colles等开始，对其已有200余年的研究，但由于桡骨远端骨折的损伤形式多种多样以及后期功能锻炼的影响，远期疗效并不确切。

The results of our study indicated that Colles'fractures in 40～65 aged women caused by low energy injury were associated with significantly reduced BMD and a high proportion of patients were osteoporotic.These patients should actively protect themselves against other future fratures.

检测结果表明40～65岁女性因轻创伤引致桡骨远端骨折不仅与低骨质面密度有关，同时与体密度相关更密切，是骨质疏松的先兆，要慎防其它骨折的产生。

方法切断胸大肌在肱骨的止点，在肱骨结节间沟顶端切断肱二头肌长头腱，然后向远端分离，显露至长头腱桡骨结节止点处，将前臂屈肌起点从肱骨内髁下方分离；将肱二头肌长头腱从前臂屈肌下方深面穿过，反折后穿过胸大肌止点，调整好张力再返回远端编结缝合。

Methods From January 1998, sixteen patients suffed from osteosarcoma(6 cases), chondrosarcoma(3 cases), gaint cell tumor(6 cases) and fibrosarcoma(1 case) arising from femur(5 cases), tibia(5 cases), humerus(3 cases), fibula(2 cases), radius(1 case).
