所有病例均为外伤致桡骨远端骨折并下尺桡关节脱位治疗后3个月至1年患者，均有腕部疼痛，腕部无力，前臂旋转运动受限的症状，经X线照片检查确诊为下尺桡关节脱位。1.2手术方法臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下，患侧上臂应用止血带。
