结果：广西产五月艾与细叶艾挥发油的得率分别为0.32%、0.29%；五月艾、细叶艾和艾叶挥发油中均含有桉油精、樟脑、龙脑、松油醇、荜澄茄油烯、石竹烯及其氧化物、大根香叶烯d等药效成分，但各成分在不同药材中的含量存在一定差别；此外，细叶艾挥发油中含量较高的长叶马鞭烯酮在五月艾和艾叶挥发油中均未检出。
