研究了以三氯氧磷与月桂醇为原料合成磷酸二月桂酯(C12-DAP)及其盐的工艺条件，考察了反应温度、反应时间和物料配比等因素对酯化反应与水解反应进程的影响，通过优化实验方法，选择了适宜的合成工艺条件。
