In order to study the effects of different culture on growth and roots ' characteristics of Echinocactus Gruson , five nutrient solution formulae were used to grow Echinocactus Gruson together with a peat and sand mixed medium culture as control .

选用5种营养液配方栽培金琥仙人球，以泥炭/河沙混合基质栽培为对照，研究不同栽培方式对金琥生长及根系生物学特性的影响。

In this context the wild mango germplasm at Lapuo County, Guangxi, China were studied by using their biological characteristics and the amplified fragments length polymorphism molecular marker. These wild mangoes were found morphologically similar to Mangifera indica; and the AFLP markers showed that at the similarity coefficient of 0.63, 92 mangoes including cultivars, Mangifera sylvatica Roxb., wild mangoes, Mangifera. Siamensis Warbg. were divided into 14 groups and that the wild mangoes at Lapuo were close to M. sylvatica Roxb. and M. siamensis Warbg., but remained to fall in the middle of the cultivars and could not be separated from them.

结果表明：那坡县野生芒果在形态学上与普通芒果较为相似；AFLP标记显示，包括部分栽培品种、林生芒果、广西百色那坡县野生芒果、泰国芒果等在内的92份芒果种质在相似系数0.63的水平上可分为14组，广西百色那坡县野生芒果虽然与林生芒果、泰国野生芒果等芒果属其它种较为接近，但仍处于栽培芒果的中间，不能与栽培芒果分开。

Cultivation density experiment included 3 disposals of 20cm×30cm, 30cm×40cm and 40cm×50cm, with 3 repeats for each disposal; fertilization amount experiment included 4 disposals of 0kg, 450kg, 675kg and 900kg, with 3 repeats for each disposal. The results showed that seeds of Ocimum basilicum Linn.

栽培试验进行栽培密度和施肥对比两种试验；栽培密度试验设20cm×30cm，30cm×40cm，40cm×50cm 3种处理，每种处理3个重复；施肥对比试验设每公顷施复合肥0kg、450kg，675kg，900kg，4种处理，每种处理3个重复。

Besides replacing varieties, research and extending of high-yield wheat cultivation technology was a strong support of the sustainable development of wheat production. At this stage, these technologies were adjusting the amount of seeding, regulating fertilizer, ridging and conservation tillaging technology, etc.

除了更新品种，小麦高产栽培技术的研究和推广也是小麦生产持续发展的强力支持，现阶段已形成以调整播量为核心的的高产栽培技术、以调节施肥为核心的的高产栽培技术，还有小麦垄作技术、保护性耕作技术等。

The result shows that the 0503 ripes earlier and suits to be a cultivar of Zizania caduciflora reaped earlier than usual in spring. The 0501 also ripes a little earlier, so the 0503 and the 0501 both suit to be cultivars of Zizania caduciflora reaped earlier than usual in autumn. The 0504, the 0505 and the 0506 all have high yield, in some special situation they can be planted in flowing cold water or planted in high hills to harvest earlier in fall. Thought of the reap time, the yield, the quality of the appearance and the quality of the nutrition, the 0504, the 0505 and the 0506 have high yield and high quality, which can be spread and exported.

结果认为双季茭0503具有早熟特性，适宜作为春早熟栽培品种；单季茭0501也具有较早成熟的特性，和0503均适宜作为露地秋早熟栽培品种，而较为丰产的0504、0505、0506在条件允许时可以进行冷水栽培或高山种植，实现秋早熟；综合熟期、产量、外观品质、营养品质等各方面进行比较，认为0504、0505和0506丰产优质，适宜常规种植推广，并可出口创汇。

A research of the cultivation treatments of the commonly used compost fermentations on Volvariella Volvacea production was made in this paper by comparison with the cultivation of raw ingredients. They are zymotechnics of water-logged compost, twice regular zymotechnics and simple twice zymotechnics. The result shows that the cultivation effects of above three are better than that of the cultivation of raw ingredients, among which the simple twice zymotechnics is the best.

研究草菇生产中常用的培养基发酵方法，以生料栽培为对照，采用自然堆沤发酵法、常规二次发酵法和简易二次发酵法对草菇栽培的影响，调查结果表明：自然堆沤发酵法、常规二次发酵法和简易二次发酵法的栽培效果都要优于对照，其中，效果最好的是简易二次发酵法。

轻简化栽培模式在沙洋县大田试验产量达到613kg／667m~2，比常规栽培增产4.6％；纯收入达到288.22元／667m~2，比常规栽培多147.98元；农民对该模式的评价是劳动强度小，技术上较容易，有一半的农户认为经济收益好，其它指标优。

Result: The result was that of essential oil were different（0.59ml/100g, 0.97ml/100g and 0.49ml/100g,respectively）,and the major composition of essential oil was Dill Apiol, and their relative contents were 87.40%, 84.70% and 79.30%,respectively.

结果：二年栽培新鲜根、一年栽培新鲜根和一年栽培干根精油含量分别为0.97ml/100g、0.59ml/100g和0.49ml/100g，主要成分莳萝芹菜脑相对含量分别为84.70%、87.40%和79.30%。

We have applied the modem educational technology to the teaching of planting courses, such as Vegetable Culture, Fruit Tree Culture and Field Crop Culture, consequently, some ideas are put forward.
