本文以周径为4～6cm的'耀眼'百合的小鳞茎为试材，研究了常规栽培条件下百合小鳞茎膨大发育过程中养分的吸收和分配规律。

Using the tissue cultured bulblet of narcissus cultivar Fortissimo as tested materials, with 1/2MS as the basic medium, 4 conch, of NAA and IBA including 1.0, 0.5, 0.1 and 0.05 mg/L were set up to study the effects of hormone on rooting induction of tissue culture seedlings in narcissus.

方法］以水仙栽培品种Fortissimo的组织培养小鳞茎为试验材料，以1/2MS为基本培养基，设计1.0、0.5、0.1，0.05mg/L 4个NAA、IBA浓度，研究激素对水仙组培苗生根诱导的影响。

Both in green house and in the open field ,relative content and total content of characteristic aroma components:of butanoic acid, methyl ester; butanoic acid, ethyl ester; hexanoic acid, methyl ester; hexanoic acid, ethyl ester; DMHF; DMMF trended to increase and then decline with the increment of nitrogen fertilizer, and the highest was the Mid-N fertilizer treatment. So favorable nitrogen application can promote the process of fruit aroma, that is , feasible fertilizer application could enhance fruit flavor.

According to the dendrogram by UPGMA cluster analysis using Neis(1972) distance calculations based on AFLP banding, all the accessions were distinct and revealed enough genetic diversity for identification and classification of accessions within Cajanus cajan.
