七、项目方基本情况：项目方在木本药材雷公藤资源、栽培、质量评价等方面研究达到国际先进水平，已经选育出适合丽水及类似地区推广栽培优良品种，已建立雷公藤主要免疫活性成分定量分析与色谱指纹图谱定性分析相结合的质量评价的科学体系，建立雷公藤栽培示范基地500亩。

And so tree peony is the main economic support of the product area of tree peony .All of this need a systemic and scientific cognition of the rules of grow and development of tree peony. But as the study on the physiological and biochemical changes during the period of forming strong buds of tree peony is concerned, the level is very low and still use the traditional methods of cultivation and management . So if we want to get the quality flowers ,we should have quality buds and we should use all methods ,if we can , to meet the conditions that tree peony needs. And so it is very important for theory and practice to study the physiological and biochemical changes during the period of forming strong buds of tree peony.

但是，不论是生产商品苗木还是用于反季节催花，都需要对牡丹的生长发育规律有一个系统和科学的认识，然而，目前的牡丹栽培仍然衍用传统的栽培技术，对牡丹生长发育过程中的生理生化变化规律的认识，却还停留在比较肤浅的水平和层次上，因此要得到高质量的牡丹花，就要有高质量的牡丹芽，就必须按照牡丹的生长发育规律，建立科学的栽培技术体系，在牡丹壮芽形成过程中运用一切可以运用的栽培措施、管理技术来满足条件，因此，对牡丹壮芽形成过程中的生理生化变化的研究就具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。

The results indicated that:①OVDP Rapeseed harvested 2382kg/hm2 shoot additively and 2219kg/hm2 oilseed, 8.1% less than conventional rapeseed which yielded oilseed singly.②The net income of OVDP rapeseed reached 5221.80 yuan / hm2, 1552.80 yuan /hm2 more than that of CK,or a growth of 42.3% over that of CK.③The shoot of double low rapeseed is rich nutrition ,it excelled in main nutrition indexes such as content of Vc,Ca,Zn,Se, and equalled in total soluble sugar,crude fiber except Iron content,while compared with Yongchuan Red Shoot.

结果表明：①油蔬两用栽培产菜薹2382kg/ hm2，产菜籽2219kg/ hm2，菜籽产量比单收菜籽栽培减产8.1%；②油蔬两用栽培纯收入5221.80元/ hm2，比单收菜籽栽培新增纯收入1552.80元/ hm2，增收42.3%；③甘蓝型双低油菜薹营养丰富，除铁的含量外，其维生素C和钙、硒、锌等微量元素含量明显高于白菜型红菜薹，可溶性总糖、粗纤维等营养指标与白菜型红菜薹相当。

本研究采用比较分析的方法，于2001年和2002年在同一栽培条件下，对江苏省射阳县多年栽培的药用白菊花种内分化的4个主要药用白菊花栽培类型，进行植物学形态、内在质量、苗期耐盐性、产量性状等方面进行了比较系统的研究，结果如下： 1、4个主要药用白菊花栽培类型在植物学性状方面存在一定的差异；红心菊株高最高，茎杆较粗，叶片最大，农艺性状较好；小白菊每株头状花序数最多，小白菊分枝性好；大白菊舌状花层数、数目最多；长瓣菊花序直径最大，舌状花花冠最长。

Tray soilless culture evolved by the nutrient flow technology in which there was only a layer of nutrient liquid and the oxygen was very enough was designed to improve the effect of wastewater purified by the terraneous It was showed that when the height of the tray was 1cm, and six layers of clothes were laid on the tank to filtrate and hold wetness the wastewater, furthermore, the gradient of the tank was between 2 and 8, the tray soilless culture was the most feasible.

为了提高陆生植物净化废水效果，根据仅有一层营养液流过栽培容器的底部而使供氧条件大大改善的营养液膜技术衍变而设计一种栽培方式即育苗盘种植。试验研究表明，最适的盘培方式为育苗盘高度为1cm，栽培槽上再铺设6层无纺布用于养鱼废水的过滤、保湿，另外，栽培槽的坡度设计在2％—8％之间。

The results showed that two of the ball cactuses tested could growth well in solution culture , in which the growth rate was significantly higher than or equal to that in peatmoss culture. Among the four solution culture formulae , formula 4 had the highest biomass increment and uptake of N , P and Kfor Ferocactu horridus. The biomass of Echinopsis calochlora did not differ significantly among the four formulae , but significantly increased higher than medium culture. This study indicated that ball cactuses could grow well in nutrient solution culture.

结果表明：经100 d 种植，供试的仙人球在这4 种营养液配方静置水培中均能正常生长，而且生长速度显著大于基质栽培或与之相当；在4 种营养液配方中，巨鹫玉在完全硝态氮的配方处理中球体质量的增加比基质栽培的快1 倍以上， N、P、K的吸收量也显著高于其它含有铵态氮配方的；而金盛球在所有营养液配方中生长量均显著高于基质栽培，球体质量增长量超过基质栽培的1 倍以上， 4 种配方间无显著差异。
