In this study, the peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) cultivars were used as materials to investigate the effect of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) on somatic embryogenesis and of naphthaleneacetic acid and ascorbic acid on rooting, then to find a efficient protocols for regeneration of plantlet via somatic embryogenesis.

本试验以落花生栽培种之未熟胚为材料，探讨2，4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2，4-D)诱导体胚，及naphthaleneacetic acid与抗坏血酸促进发根的效果，期望建立经由体胚形成再生植株之方法。

It showed that the halophile of Kenyu7 were better than Wuming-5;(2)the contents of proline of the two Zea mays varieties increased significantly,and under high NaCl stress(150mmol/L NaCl or above) the increasing amount of the contents of proline of Kenyu7 was higher than Wuming-5 ,so it showed that the injuries of Wuming-5 imposed by NaCl stress was greater than Kenyu7;(3)the activities of CAT of the two varieties were no obviously changed,while the activities of CAT of Wuming-5 were all higher than Kenyu7 under all concentrations of NaCl solution,which hadn't showed the correlation between the activity of CAT and salinity tolerance.

结果表明，随NaCl溶液浓度的增加：（1）两品种玉米生长均受到严重抑制，发芽势降低，芽和根的长度均呈减小的趋势，总体来看，杂交种垦玉7的发芽势、芽和根的长势均好于自交系无名-5；（2）两品种玉米体内Pro含量均增加，且在NaCl浓度超过150mmol/L时，杂交种垦玉7体内Pro含量增加的幅度明显大于自交系无名-5，而使垦玉7对盐的适应能力强于无名-5；（3）两品种的CAT活性变化幅度均不大，但无名-5的CAT活性在各NaCl浓度条件下均高于垦玉7，这可能是由品种间本身差异造成的，而与品种的耐盐性无直接关系。

Result］ The extracted liquid from D. stramonium could decrease the germination rates of 4 vegetables and the seed germination of tomato and pepper. After treatment by 0.2, 0.4 g/ml extracted liquid , the seed germination of tomato and pepper were decreased by 10.2％, 9.4％ and 46.7％, 34.7％ than that of CK resp. The extracted liquid at 0.2 g/ml could inhibit the growth of vegetable root, but had some promotion on growth of vegetable stem. The extracted liquid at 0.4 g/ml had the strong inhibition on the growth of vegetable root, but its inhibition on growth of vegetable stem was greatly variable in different species.

结果］曼陀罗浸提液可降低4种蔬菜种子的发芽速率，降低番茄和辣椒种子的发芽率；0.2、0.4 g/ml曼陀罗浸提液处理后，番茄和辣椒种子的发芽率分别比对照降低了10.2％、9.4％和46.7％、34.7％。0.2 g/ml曼陀罗浸提液抑制蔬菜根的生长，而对茎的生长却表现出促进作用；0.4 g/ml曼陀罗浸提液对蔬菜根的生长有很强的抑制作用，对茎段生长的抑制作用因物种不同而有很大差异。

The results showed aqueous shoot extracts of Euphorbia maculata could inhibit seed germination speed in all the four species, reduce seed germination rate in Lycopersicon esculentum, Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Capsicum frutescents, and its effects increased with the increase of extracts concentration, while having no effects on seed germination of Edible umaranth.
