Methods 46 patients with breast cancer were underwent radical resection. The intercostobrachial nerves were reserved and resected in 39 and 7 cases respectively. The sensory function of internal upper arm was been studied by follow-up after operation.

在46例乳癌根治术中完整保留肋间臂神经39例，切除肋间臂神经7例，术后对46例上臂内侧皮肤感觉随访观察。

Objective To compare the effect and cost of laparoscopic resection for rectal carcinoma with those of the open laparotomy procedure.

Results In 54 patients, 43 cases showed the masses with the first symptom, the percentage of which was 79.6%. The rate of stage II ~ III ( including 44cases) was 81.5%. The rate of 32 cases with accompanied diseases was 59.3%. 38 cases were breast cancer modified tradical mastectomy (70.3%), 12 cases were mammectomy(22.2%), 4 cases were partial mammectomy(7.4%). 23 cases were post-operation chemotherapy(42.6%), 12 cases were radiotherapy(22.2%), 43cases were Endocrine therapy(79.6%).

结果 54例患者中，以肿块为首发症状的有43例，占79.6%，Ⅱ～Ⅲ期病例44例，占81.5%，32例同时存在伴随疾病，占59.3%，其中行改良根治术38例(70.3%)，单纯乳房切除术12例(22.2%)，乳房部分切除术4例(占7.4%)，术后化疗23例(42.6%)，放疗12例(22.2%)，内分泌治疗43例(79.6%)，无手术死亡。
