Methodss An analysis was made to what was observed in 37 re-operated cases after the failure of the first operation and a second radical mastoidectomy was performed.

对我科2000～2007年收治的37例乳突根治术失败患者的再次乳突手术所见进行分析，并行二次乳突根治术。

Methods The operation findings of 37 cases who underwent revision mastoidectomy from 1995 to 2005 were analyzed for causes of the primary procedures and revision mastoidectomy failure.Results Original symptoms disappeared.

Methods 11 cases were preformed with cooperating fiber colonoscopy during operation. Of which 5 cases were radical resection of sigmoid cancer and polypus. 6 cases were radical resection of rectal cancer.

在腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术中应用结肠镜完成11例，其中5例根治切除乙状结肠癌及息肉肠段，6例根治切除直肠癌。

1、对于口腔恶性肿瘤根治术后的危重病例，EN能够促进患者术后体质量、营养状况的恢复，达到PN同样的效果，甚至更优。2、对于口腔恶性肿瘤根治术后的病人，术后行EN可以减少高血糖、术后感染、肠源性感染等并发症。3、EN的用度低廉，操纵简单，风险很低，易于被患者和护理工作职员接受。

Materials and Methods: Campare gasless hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery, carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery and operation on Cholecystectomy, colorectal resections, according to the study of operation time, expense in hospital, number of days, pathologic type, extension of radical cure, and analysis of the blood lymphocytes, immune function of erythrocyte, we could ascertain the application value of gasless hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery.

材料与方法：对比研究非气腹手助腹腔镜手术、CO_2气腹腹腔镜手术及开腹手术，从早期的胆囊切除手术的临床应用过渡到结直肠癌根治手术，分别从手术时间、住院费用、住院天数、病理分型、根治范围等进行对比研究，然后从人体外周血淋巴细胞、红细胞等免疫功能方面作进一步分析，以确定非气腹手助腹腔镜手术在临床中的应用价值。

objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment for perforation of gastric cancer.methods we summarized 22 cases suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（d2,d3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.results the life expectancy of patients treated with repair of perforation,partial gastrectomy or radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was 6,29.2 and 37.3months.conclusion reasonably select surgery methoty and positive treatment are keys to prolong the survival time.

目的 探讨胃癌穿孔的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（d2，d3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。结果穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术、姑息性胃癌切除术、胃癌根治术术后平均生存期分别为6个月、29.2个月、37.3个月。结论合理选择术式，综合治疗，是延长病人生存期的关键。

All cases of breast cancer with homolateral supraclavicular lymph node metastasis received preoperative chemotherapy.Then twelve cases underwent radical mastectomy and cervical lymph node resection,fifteen cases received preoperative radiotherapy and radical mastectomy("sandwich"therapy).

方法所有病例均于术前行新辅助化疗，其中12例乳腺癌锁骨上转移癌患者再行乳癌根治术和颈淋巴结清扫术，并与15例同期术前行放疗，再行乳癌根治术、化疗和放疗患者对比，观察1～3年存活率和复发时间。
