Entophytic fungus 2K3 isolated from Celastrus angulatus had been studied on the fungicidal activity.

研究了从苦皮藤根皮中分离的一株编号为2K3内生真菌代谢产物的杀菌活性。

The primary studies on insecticidical and fungicidical components of endophytic fungus in Celastrus angulatus have been carried out from September, 2000 to June, 2002.The results are as follows: Taking PDA and Czapek as separating culture medium, 39 strains of endophytic fungus were separated from the bark, phloem and xylem of the root and twig of Celastrus angulatus.

作者于2000年9月至2002年6月对杀虫植物苦皮藤中内生真菌的杀虫杀菌活性物质进行了初步的研究，取得了以下结果：采用常规的内生真菌分离方法，以马铃薯葡萄糖培养基、Czapek培养基为分离用培养基，从苦皮藤根和侧枝的表皮、韧皮部和木质部中分离得到39株内生真菌。

On the other hand, we tried to isolate heavy metal tolerance genes with novel function in higher plant Cynodon dactylon.. The functional complementation of a yeast mutant strain M379/8, which was sensitive to heavy metal, Cd, was carried out.

以国外引进的20份野生鸭茅种质资源为研究材料，通过萌芽期PEG模拟干旱试验、幼苗期温室盆栽试验，系统测定了干旱胁迫下鸭茅种质萌芽期种子萌发抗旱指数、胚根、胚芽，幼苗期幼苗株高、根冠比、叶片水分饱和亏缺、质膜透性、脯氨酸含量等形态和生理指标，全面分析了这些指标的变化规律，对所引进的20份鸭茅种质的抗旱性进行了综合评价。

One cellulase-production strain TC1 was screened.It was identified as Rhizopus sp.based on i- dentification method of fungi.

The result of experiment on different chemical control shows the best chemicals for cootrol Eriosoma lanigerum in the part trees above ground is 40%omethoate adding 1‰ washing powder (the ratio is 1:800). Applying 0.25 kg fortified benzene to the root of each tree can kill Eriosoma lanigerum in the root. In the past three years, chemical control as first, complementary with the measures of integrated control and quarantine techniques, the percentage of suffered trees in Malus pumila garden of 40.8 hm2 in Yimen County has decreased from 48.5%to 2.65%.

不同药剂的防治试验结果表明：40％的氧化乐果1：800倍液加1％o的洗衣粉是防治苹果地上部分棉蚜的较佳药液；另每株根施0.25kg高丙体内吸粉剂对根部的苹果棉蚜具有较好的杀灭作用。3年来，以化学防治为主，辅以配套的综合防治及检疫技术措施，使易门40.8hm2苹果园的植株受害率由48.5％降至2.65％，取得了较好防治效果。

This paper summarizes various structural models, structural belts, Cenozoic deformation frameworks and tectonic evolution concerning intraplate deformation in the West Kunlun - Pamir Cenozoic erogenic belt and Southwest Tarim foreland basin and suggests that the Cenozoic intraplate deformation be characterized by segmentation and stage evolution.

笔者总结了西昆仑—帕米尔造山带及塔西南前陆盆地板内变形的各类构造模式、构造分带、新生代变形格局及构造演化，提出其新生代板内变形具有弧形构造分段性和阶段性演化的特点，发现了依格孜牙、柯克亚、桑株—杜瓦、卡兹克—阿尔特薄皮弧形推覆构造、齐姆根主弧形构造段及玉力群—克里阳构造段的三角带构造及叶尔羌—棋盘对冲过渡型弧形构造。

Result The results revealed that different concentration of C6-HSL could obviously inhibit the growth rate of root and the number of roots, but have no effects on plant height, number of nodes and leaf size. The POD and SOD activities and the concentration of H2O2 showed a significantly increased when the potato implants were pretreated with C6-HSL, however, no effect of C6-HSL pretreatment on PAL and PPO activities were found. The ability of resistance aginst Erwinia carotovora subp. carotovora was signifinantly improved after treated by C6-HSL. Incidence was obviously lower than the control group.

结果］不同浓度的C6-HSL能明显抑制马铃薯的出根率和生根数，而对株高、茎节数及叶片大小没有影响；植物标志性防御酶类中POD和SOD的活性以及H2O2的产生量经C6-HSL诱导后显著提高，而PAL和PPO的活性则没有明显变化；抗病试验中，经C6-HSL诱导的马铃薯植株能有效抑制胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌的侵染，发病率明显低于对照组。
