In chapter one, it compared letters with pictures and showed the importance of observation. In chapter two, it introduced the structure of human eyes and the course of vision. Chapter three introduced the basic key element of vision and the main theories of studying in vision aesthesia. In chapter four, it analyzed the principle of understanding the meaning of a figure according to the theory before, and analyzed the law of aesthetic. Then it explained how people feel the three-dimensional form and the movement, which have offered the theoretical foundation for creating more vivid image. It expounded the purpose and meaning of judging a visual figure in the fifth chapter, and introduced three general standards. It showed a method of judging the figure from different points of view in an example. Summarize to the full text finally, it point out the correct observation of vision image is one of the main ways for people's study, proposed the weak point of this text.

RESULTS:① Forty items of psychological qualities were chosen from the 104 items by experts and categorized into 3 levels: personality, moral character and competence.② The mean scale values of each item were calculated on the 9004 questionnaires.③ 3 items with mean scale values less than 0.477 were eliminated in line with the 5 degree positive improtance multigrade fuzzy set.④ The rating model of psychological qualities in coherence of competency was established in 3 categories and on 3 levels for low ranking commanders.

The dissertation investigates the multilane-to-uniline problem in order to solve the theory problem and technique problem of feeding high speed palletizer with several production lines. The harmony equation of the problem is established with the method of movement tracing according to the thought of unit accumulation and free bumping of materials from different lines. For the random of unit materials forming, a strategy of key assignment is put forward to avoid the bump of materials from different lines.
