RESULTS: The time of misplacement of pedicle screw was 5-69 days with an average time of 18.5 days, including 7 cases of screw penetrating into lateral cortex, 4 of screw penetrating into medial cortex, 2 of screw penetrating into pedicle cortex, 2 of overplacement, 2 of intervertebral foramen placement and 2 of intervertebral space placement.

结果：患者自螺钉置入后至发现椎弓根螺钉误置时间为5~69 d，平均18.5 d。其中螺钉穿破椎弓根外侧皮质7例，穿破椎弓根内侧皮质4例，螺钉穿破椎弓根皮质2例，螺钉置入过深2例，螺钉进入椎间孔2例，进入椎间隙2例。

Methods Thethree dimensional quantitative anatomy of thoracic spine pedicular was determined by 10adults dry thoracic spine specimens,20 X rays pictures,20 MRI and CT pictures usingVernier caliper,the pedicular included the height,the width,the length,the axis angulationof the pedicle,the point of screw penetration,the width of two pedicles,the adjacent topedicle and so on.

用游标卡尺对10具成人T1～11椎体干燥标本、20份X线片、20份MRI和CT片的椎弓根高度、宽度、长度、进钉点定位及椎弓根轴线的角度、椎弓根之间的宽度、椎弓根的毗邻等进行观测。

Methods 14 teeth with iatrogenic root canal perforation were selected. The root canals were shaped and cleaned, and then obturated with gutta- percha after MTA was used to repair the perforation in the condition with any blood and moisture.

选取医源性因素造成的根管侧壁穿孔患牙14颗，彻底清理根管并预备根管，在止血隔湿的条件下以MTA 即刻修补根管侧壁穿孔。

结果：自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂治疗组根充后反应明显轻于氧化锌丁香油碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根充治疗组，临床治疗成功率高于氧化锌丁香油碘仿糊剂牙胶尖根管充填组(P.05)。

The follow-up periods were various from 6m to 21m. The apical MTA barrier technique was used to manage pulpless permanent teeth with incomplete root formation. The postoperative radiographs showed complete repair of periradicular tissue in 5 of 7 teeth and improvement obviously in other 2 teeth. Only one case (1 tooth) had a 3mm periodontal pocket in four perforation repair cases. The lesion at the perforation sites was improved obviously.

追踪观察时间为6-21月。4例穿孔修补的病例，均为延迟修补，除一例为根尖1／3处的病理性吸收外，其余患牙的穿孔部位位于牙根的冠1／3或根分叉处，一例6m复查时有3mm的牙周袋形成，其余患牙骨吸收暗影均明显缩小。7例根尖发育不全并无髓牙的病例均为成人，5例根尖暗影完全消失，2例明显缩小。

From the research of the kerogen carbon isotopes of the coal-measure strata in some basins of China (the Carbo-Permian in the Ordos basin, the Triassic in the Sichuan basin, the Jurassic in the Jungar basin and Turpan-Hami basin, the Tertiary in the Yingqong basin) it can be indicated that the Type Ⅲ kerogen has a wide δ〓C range from -21. 2‰ to -27. 6‰, averaging -25‰, which is more enriched in 〓C than sapropel and mixed kerogens.

对我国一些含煤盆地（陕甘宁石碳－二叠、四川三叠系、准噶尔侏罗系、吐哈侏罗系、莺琼盆地第三系）的煤系地层干酪根碳同位素研究表明，煤系地层的干酪根碳同位素组成δ〓C值分布范围为－21.2～－27.6‰，说明其变化范围较宽，平均值为－25‰左右，相对腐泥型干酪根和混合型干酪根较明显地富重碳同位素。
