Among them, strains of Bacillaceae occupied the predominance with 59.1% in various wheat organs. Oxytetracycline resistant strains of Bacillus licheniformis were isolated from wheat rhizosphere, root and stem indicating their high abilities of spreading. Opportunistic human pathogenic bacterial strains with oxytetracycline resistance such as Bacillus cereus and Stenotrophomonas sp. were also isolated from various wheat organs. No oxytetracycline resistant bacterium could be detected from wheat seeds.

土霉素抗性的Bacillus licheniformis在小麦根际土壤、根、茎等器官中都分离得到表明该抗性菌种在小麦内生系统中具有较高的传播性；具有土霉素抗性的人类机会致病菌Bacillus cereus和Stenotrophomonas属的细菌在小麦的根际土壤、根以及叶子中也均分离到，但是在小麦种子中没有分离到任何土霉素抗性的内生菌。

Extracts with higher antioxidant abilities, including hot water and ethanol extracts of Boehmeria nivea leaves and roots, were screened and then added into soy bean oil to study effects on oil stabilities of oxidation during storage and also to develop new XO paste products containing Boehmeria nivea leaves and roots. The extents of oil oxidation in XO paste were evaluated by measuring POV and TBA values. Results indicated that after 8 day storage at 70℃, the POV values of soy bean oil with addition of 0.1% of ethanol extracts of leaf and root were 56.27± 0.12 meq/kg and 57.13± 0.50 meq/kg respectively, which were both greater than that of control samples(53.33 ±0.31 meq/kg), showing that extracts of leaf and root do not have the abilities to inhibit oxidation of soy bean oil.

第二部分将抗氧化能力较高的萃取物，包括苎麻叶与根的热水及乙醇萃取物添加於大豆油中，探讨其对油脂贮藏安定性之影响及开发加入苎麻叶或根的XO酱产品，并藉由测定油脂中过氧化价(peroxide value，POV)和硫巴比妥酸值(thiobar-bituric acid value，TBA)值评估其油脂氧化程度，结果贮存在70℃下第8天时，添加0.1 %苎麻叶与根乙醇萃取物，其POV值分别为56.27±0.12 meq/kg与57.13±0.50 meq/kg，皆较对照组(53.33 ±0.31 meq/kg)高，显示以0.1 %的苎麻叶和根萃取物添加大豆油中并不具抑制油脂氧化作用。

The result showed that the volume, dry weight and total sugar content of root gradually reduced with the harvest frequency, but the reductive sugar content in root increased. While the harvesting frequency was two times per year, the volume and dry weight of alfalfa root showed an decreasing at beginning and then increasing when the first harvesting was at different growth stages and the lowest values were at flowering period however, it was not significant for brome.

The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement. Among 160 thoracic pedicle screws that were implanted in 34 cases, 148 screws (92.5%) were accurately inserted inside the costotransverse unit, and 12 screws (7.5%) were misplaced according to the image of X-ray and CT thin-slice scan.

应用椎弓根外内固定技术2004/2007年在中山大学附属第三医院骨科治疗34例患者，固定前采用CT加密扫描测量进钉点、进钉点至椎体前缘的深度、进钉角度和直径，固定中椎弓根钉入点为横突尖，进钉方向为平均向头侧倾斜10°~ 20°、与中线成角30°~40°，顺椎弓根外侧皮质进入椎体，固定后CT加密扫描观察螺钉周围的皮质骨是否完整、是否靠近节段血管、是否穿透皮质骨，评价置入钉的准确性和安全性。34例患者共置入160枚胸椎椎弓根螺钉，固定后CT加密扫描和X射线片观察到148枚(92.5%)螺钉置入准确，12枚(7.5%)螺钉发生错置。

Experiments were conducted for testing root tensile strength and measuring root cellulose content of Medicago sativa and Digitaria sanguinalis. Results indicated that in the two species, both the tensile strength and percentage of cellulose were negatively correlated with root diameter, while a positive correlation was found between percentage of cellulose and tensile strength. The conclusion confirmed that the relationship among root tensile strength, root diameter and root cellulose content found in tree root system was held also in the two species.
