To explore the function of PDE in canine central nerve , gene expression of 18 PDE subtypes in different fractions of canine central nerve (cerebrum,cerebellum,myelencephalon and spinal cord) were detected by RT-PCR,and PDE activity was calculated by the content changes of cyclic nucleotides before and after the PDE reaction examined by high performance liquid chromatography.

The former stimulates the cells and transfer the signals into the cells through the ligation with receptors on the cell membrane. The latter, a derivative of nucleotide, causes a cytotoxic effect to suppress thymidylate synthetase activity, and, therefore, to damnify RNA and DNA synthesis.

The results indicate that Ca(superscript 2+) and GA3, single or combined application treatments, promote cucumber seed germination treated with P. harmala alkaloid, increase germination rate, germination vigor and index; as well as α-amylase, protease, lipase, isocitratelyase, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide kinase and Ca(superscript 2+)-ATPase activities; and GA and CaM content in cucumber seeds; but decrease abscisic acid content. The synergistic effects of combined Ca(superscript 2+) and GA3 on increasing GA and decreasing ABA are oberseved compared with Ca(superscript 2+) treatment.

结果表明，Ca(上标 2+)和GA3单一及复合处理可促进骆驼蓬生物碱处理的黄瓜种子的萌发，使黄瓜萌发率、发芽指数和活力指数提高，萌发种子的α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和异柠檬酸裂解酶活性及赤霉素和钙调素含量增加，烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸激酶和Ca(上标 2+)-ATP酶活性增强，脱落酸含量降低；且Ca(上标 2+)和GA3复合处理对GA含量的提高和ABA含量的降低与Ca(上标 2+)单一处理比较呈显著的加成作用。

Reactions of 2-methyl-1,4 naphthoquinone with human telomeric DNA and telomerase RNA ESR spin elimination has been used with 4-oxo-TEMPO as spin trap. The reactivities of 3VK3* with telomeric DNA, template of telomerase RNA and its L6-P6 region have been confirmed respectively. The results show that the reactivity of 3VK3* with polynucleotides is directly proportional to their G amount, and the one for reaction of 3VK3* with telomeric DNA is the highest in polynucleotides. 2. Reactions of 2-methyl-1,4 naphthoquinone with nucleosides, nucleotides ESR spin elimination has been used with 4-oxo-TEMPO as spin trap.

2-甲基-1，4萘醌与端粒DNA及端粒酶RNA亚基光敏反应性的研究应用ESR自旋消减法，对2-甲基-1，4萘醌(VK3)与端粒DNA重复序列、端粒酶RNA亚基模版序列、端粒酶RNA亚基L6-P6发夹区关键序列的光敏反应性进行了研究，结果表明，在一定波长照射下，明显诱导VK3与上述寡聚核苷酸反应，其反应性大小与核酸中鸟嘌呤含量正相关，其中端粒DNA序列反应性最强。

Methods Blood samples were obtained from 5 patients with AIDS, the C2~C3 region of HIV-1 envelope gene was amplified by nested polymerse chain reaction from plasma of each patient, and then subject to sequencing, clonal-quasispecies analysis, and the accumulation of synonymous and nonsynonymous substitutions as well as ds/dn ratios were calculated.

采用套式聚合酶链反应方法对5例艾滋病患者血浆HIV-1 env基因C2~V3区进行PCR扩增，产物经纯化后克隆至pMD-18T载体中，每例患者分别挑取5~8个克隆，共34株，完成阳性克隆的鉴定、抽提纯化和测序，将获得的DNA序列及核苷酸序列进行分析，并计算其核苷酸同源替换率与非同源替换率的比值。

According to the alignment of Blastn and Blastx, one differentially exp ressed fragment, A7, was 97% identical in nucleotides to the 26S ribosomal RNA gene of Photinia fraseri and 91% in amino acids to cytochrome P450 monooxygenase in maize, respectively. Another differentially exp ressed fragment, A16, was 85% in nucleotides and 93% in amino acids identical to alpha-expansin 2 in Triphysaria versicolor.

Objective: To explore the mechanisms resulting in the recurrence of urethral scar which make urethral strictures difficult to be cured, a series experiments were conducted to find potential effective factors involved in urethral scar formation and degradation, including the studies of extracellular matrix component of urethral stricture scar, the characteristics of urethral scar fibroblast, and the effects of urine on urethral fibroblast in vitro, as well as the studies to compare the difference of collagenase activity, type Ⅰ collagen and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the tissues and cultured fibroblasts from normal urethra and strictured urethra respectively, and the studies to investigate the effect of antisense TIMP-1 oligodeoxyonucleotide on cell proliferation and collagenase activity of urethral scar fibroblast.
