The homology of the nucleotide sequences and genetic variation analysis of NDV strains suggested that mere were obvious divergence in gene lever among NDV vaccine strains and epizootic strains isolated from different areas and different ages.The divergence may have effect on amino acid and structure and function of protein in some extent and lead to difference of immunogenicity ,which was one of reason being difficult in preventing from ND.

通过对NDV F基因核苷酸序列同源性比较及遗传变异分析发现：我国不同年代、不同地区分离的NDV毒株与疫苗毒株之间在基因水平上存在较大差异，这种差异对氨基酸及蛋白质的结构和功能可能会有一定影响，而NDVF蛋白的差异同时也造成免疫原性的差异，这很可能是新城疫的免疫防治十分困难的原因之一。

With the direction of Professor Zhang Jiawei, basing on the clinic research of treating falling sickness with thread embedding therapy, summing-up many years clinic experience of thread embedding therapy, we observe and compare the two curative effect of thread embedding therapy and general acupuncture in treating chronic gastritis, in addition we study corresponding functionary mechanism with stomach electricity graph、gastrin、nucleotide、SP etc and provide science basis and theory instruction. According to the criterion of diagnosis and elimination set, 70 patients are took into the trial whom come from No. 1 affiliated hospital, among them 36 case are in the thread embedding Group, 34 case are in the acupunture Group.

本课题是在导师张家维教授及李素荷教授等协助导师共同指导下，在既往穴位埋线疗法治疗癫痫临床研究基础上，总结多年来穴位埋线疗法的临床经验，对穴位埋线及穴位针刺两种方法治疗慢性胃炎的疗效进行观察与比较，并拟用胃电图、脑肠肽、环核苷酸、P物质等指标变化来探讨其中的可能治疗机理，为临床的应用及推广提供科学的依据与理论指导。

Genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship in goldfish were examined using mitochondrial D-Loop partial sequences at eight representative varieties of goldfishes and wild crucian carp. The eight representative varieties were Red Common Goldfish, Red Fantail, White Oranda with Red Carp, White Pearlscale, Red Tigerhead, Black Moor, Red Moor with Butterfly Tail and Red Bubble-eye with Dorsal Fin. 699 base-pair nucleotide sequences of Mitochondrial D-Loop were examined and analyzed for genetic polymorphism, Sequences data showed that all 129 sequences were grouped into 17 haplotypes. Nine representative varieties shared same haplotype. Five representative varieties of goldfishes had haplotypes respectively.

采用PCR技术扩增了红草金鱼，红文鱼，红顶白高头，白珍珠，红狮头，红龙睛蝶尾，墨龙睛，红水泡八个品种金鱼和野生鲫线粒体DNA的D-Loop区部分序列，PCR产物经纯化、测序、同源序列比对后获得长度为699bp的核苷酸序列，在129个样本中共检测到了17个单倍型，9个品种共享1种单倍型，5个品种的金鱼(BM， MB， WR， RF， RC)检测到各自独有的单倍型。
