RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After purification, the cell body of SGCs from cochlear modiolus was ellipse or triangle, with slender processes in cytoplasm. Nuclei were positive for Nuen. Cytoplasm and axon were positive for β3-Tubulin.

结果与结论：蜗轴组织细胞纯化后，胞体呈椭圆形或三角形，有细长的突起，Nuen染色胞核呈棕黄色阳性反应，β3-Tubulin染色细胞胞浆与轴突均呈棕黄色阳性反应。

The individual tumor cells had striking morphologic overlap with plasma cells with an eccentrically placed nucleus and abundant amphophilic to eosinophilic cytoplasm.

这些浆细胞样的瘤细胞在形态上都与正常浆细胞十分相似：核偏位，胞浆丰富、嗜双色性或嗜酸性。

Methods Density gradient centrifugalization and absorption technique were respectively applied to detach peripheral blood mononuclear cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes.

密度梯度离心及吸附法分离外周血单个核细胞和外周血淋巴细胞，采用抗CD4和CD8抗体分别制备CD~(8+)和CD~(4+)T细胞进行培养，应用MTT比色法及ELISA法分别检测T细胞增殖活性及培养上清液IL-2水平。

Methods The t-PA mRNA in peripheral blood nucleared cells was detected by RT-PCR and the t-PA activity was determined by chromogenic substrate method.

RESULTS: Primarily cultured cells were colored with CD44 in-situ hybridization, kytoplasm as buffy and nucleus as blue by counterstain.

结果：原代细胞以CD44原位杂交显色，胞浆呈棕黄色，胞核经苏木精复染呈蓝色。

ERK1/2 immunohistochemistry positive staining coloration in cornu dorsale medullae spinalis of rats was Buffy color.Positive cells distributed in gray nucleus that nerve cell concentrated,and deep staining region localized at the nucelus of neurocyte.

针刺前后脊髓未见明显形态学改变。2、光镜下观察，大鼠脊髓背角ERK1/2免疫组化反应显色呈棕黄色，阳性细胞分布于脊髓灰质神经元集中的部位，针刺后深染部位向胞核集中。

Results:17 rats were confirmed successful transplantation by MRI,the capacity of the tumor was 88.40±7.62mm3 on 8th day, 986.80±114.46mm3 on 16th day,the volume growth was 8-12 folds;on 8th day following transplantation,the tumor tissue was gray in color with fish homogen state without interior necrosis, the tumor cells were nest-distributed by HE staining,large dense staining of nucleus with manifest heteromorphism,tumor microvessel count increased by immunohistochemistry with buffy yellow staining, VEGF high expressed in the tumor cells with buffy yellow granule shape.

结果：17只大鼠经MRI检查证实均种植成功，肿瘤体积第8天为88.40±7.62mm3，第16天为986.80±114.46mm3，体积增长8-12倍之间；种植第8天，肿瘤组织呈灰白色、鱼肉均质状，内部未见坏死，HE染色肿瘤细胞呈巢状分布，胞核大浓染，异型性明显；免疫组织化学示肿瘤微血管数目较多，呈棕黄色染色，肿瘤细胞VEGF高表达，呈棕黄色细颗粒状。

Methods MTT Chromatography is adopted to test effects of 5-FU of different concentration and at different time of reaction over growth of Lovo cells; photomechanical method used to observe configuration and characteristics of apoptosis cells; FCM employed to test the percentage of apoptosis cells; electrophoresis and immunized grouping SP applied to test antigen Ki-67 of Lovo cells proliferation and expression of P53 and Fas genetic proteins in relation to apoptosis.

采用四甲基偶氮唑盐显色法，检测不同浓度5－FU作用不同时间对Lovo细胞生长所产生的不同影响；光镜观察凋亡细胞的形态特点；流式细胞术检测凋亡细胞百分率；琼脂凝胶电泳、免疫组化SP法检测 Lovo细胞增殖核抗原Ki－67及凋亡相关基因蛋白p53、Fas表达水平。

Immunohistochemical assay were performed with HGV NS5 McAb. Results One of four samples showed positive staining, some of which located in cytoplasm and some of which in cytonucleus and cytomembrane. The number of positive staining cells are not more. More of them disrtibuted scatteredly, some of them located.

结果 1例呈阳性染色，光镜观察显示：特异染色大部分定位于肝细胞胞浆中，部分有核着色和膜型染色，呈黄色或棕黄色颗粒状，阳性细胞数量少，大多散在分布，部分呈灶性分布；阳性细胞周围可见较多淋巴细胞浸润。

METHODS: After isolated the PBMCs and blood-plasma from adult human peripheral blood by Ficoll-Hypaque centrifugation, the PBMC culture procedure with or without the self-blood -plasma was applied to polarize T cells in vitro , these cells were polarized by PHA(20 mg/L),non-PHA respectively.

用Ficoll-Hypaque梯度离心法分离出正常成人抗凝外周血单个核细胞和血浆，将PBMC置于含或不含有自身血浆环境中，并在植物血凝素(PHA ，2 0mg L)的刺激下进行培养，培养 2 4、48、72h后收获细胞，分别用双色免疫荧光标记，以流式细胞术对CD4+ T细胞表达表面分子CCR3、CCR5进行分析。结果：CD4+ T细胞受自身血浆和PHA刺激后向Th1 Th2两个方向极化，2 4、48、72h后极化率分别达到(13 2 8± 1 5 9)%(12 70± 1 6 5 )%、(17 19± 1 0 3)%(17 5 0± 1 30 )%、(19 49± 2 87)%(18 5 8± 1 49)%；而只有PHA刺激的极化率很低，两组有显著性差异(P 0 1)；Th1∶Th2之比约等于 1。
