Methods: The total polysaccharide was extracted with distilled water from mycelia of paecilomyces cicadae. The colorimetric MTT was used to analyze the proliferative activity of PBMC, U937 and K562 which were treated with PCPS of 7 concentrations respectively in vitro. ELISA was used to detect the content of hTNF-α, hIFN-γ from supernatant of culturing PBMC that was treated with PCPS for 44 h.

用水提取蝉拟青霉菌丝体总多糖，以MTT法测定不同浓度总多糖对人外周血单个核细胞及白血病细胞株U937、K562增殖的影响，ELISA法测定多糖作用44h后，外周血单个核细胞培养上清液中hTNF-α、hIFN-γ的含量。

Accordingly, as catalyst of light oil sweetening,the binuclear cobalt sulfonate phthalocyanine was selected in this paper. Due to the double active centers in a plane, bi-CoSPc not only increases the solubility in alkaline, but also avoids its dimerisation, which expects to increase the catalyst activity in sweetening process.

METHODS: 10 mL bone marrow was extracted from dog posterior superior iliac spine, heparin anticoagulation, diluted using Hanks juice, treated with 1.077 g/mL Ficoll solution 3 mL, and centrifuged at 2 000 r/min for 20 minutes. Karyocytes were absorbed to form white cloudlike layering interface, and then centrifuged twice using DMEM supplemented with fetal bovine serum, incubated at 12×104/cm2 at 37 ℃ in a 5% CO2 incubator.

The sizes of the self-assembly micelles of the amphiphilic block copolymers and the effects werestudied by dynamic light scattering and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The micelle sizes werelargely influenced bythe hydrophobic chain content in the copolymer, the properties of the solvent and the copolymer concentration in the organic phase. The morphology of the micelles was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Theresults showed that the micelles appeared spheres with inner core and outer shell. The critical association concentrations were determined by pyrene monomer fluorescence probe technology. The degradability of copolymer was studied by the loss of the intrinsic viscosity in the degradation process. The results indicated that the degradation rate of PECL was slower thanthat of PELLA and PEDLLA. The stability of the copolymer micelle dispersion was examined by measuring the critical flocculation concentration, which gradually decreased with increasing the content of thehydrophobic chain in the copolymer. The rheological results showed thatthe viscosity ofthe micelle dispersion with higher content of PEG segments was firstly decreased and then increased with the increasingthe temperature. Otherwise, the variation of viscosity was irregular. The viscosity of the micelle dispersion increased with the increase of the electrolyte (Na 2SO 4) concentrations. Polymer micelles paclitaxel was prepared by self-emulsification/solvent evaporation method and solid dispersion technique with amphiphilic block polymers as the carrier material.

运用动态光散射和紫外分光光度计研究了两亲性嵌段共聚物自组装胶束的粒径及其影响因素，结果表明，自组装胶束的形成机理受制备方式的控制，胶束的粒径随着共聚物相对分子质量或疏水嵌段相对分子质量和有机相中共聚物浓度的增大而增大，随着有机溶剂的水溶性的增强而减小；采用透射电镜观察胶束的形态结构，发现胶束呈具有核壳结构的均匀球形；采用芘荧光探针法测两亲性嵌段共聚物的临界聚集浓度；通过降解过程中共聚物特性粘度的变化研究两亲性共聚物的降解性能，发现与PELLA和PEDLLA的相比，PECL 降解速率较慢；随着共聚物中疏水嵌段含量的增大，纳米分散液的稳定性逐渐下降；PEG含量高的PEDLLA纳米分散液随着温度的升高，纳米分散液的粘度先下降然后增大，反之，没有规律性，且随着电解质Na 2SO 4浓度的增大，体系粘度增大。

Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentrationof Xipayiguyiy on P.gingivalis,P.intermedia and F.nucleatum was observed by agar dilution in vitro.Also,the effects of Xipayiguyinye on oral malodour challenged by cysteine was investigated on 10 volunteers in vivo.Results: It showed in this study the MIC of Xipayiguyiy for Pg and Fn was 1mg/mL,and for Pi was 0.5mg/mL.It was also found the Xipayiguyinye achieved significant effects on oral malodour challenged by cysteine.

采用琼脂稀释法，测定西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Pg、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌的最低抑菌浓度；对10例志愿者采用自身前后对照试验，观察四种干预措施（无干预、清水、西帕依固龈液、口泰）对半胱氨酸激发性口臭的最大值水平、各时间点下降百分比及口气值的下降曲线的影响，评价西帕依固龈液防治口臭的效果。

结果： 自术后第二天可见脑组织水肿，红细胞溢出及吞噬细胞浸润，小血管壁外膜及Virchow￣Robin间隙增宽，内含大量水肿液，海马CAI区正常神经元数量明显下降，且排列及不整齐，细胞皱缩，核固缩、深染，核染色质聚集，核周囊膨大，胶质细胞增生。
