Results:Whith the time and doses of ART incubation extended, ART significantly inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells and the inhibited effect shows dose-and -time-dependent. Obvious changes of apoptotic morphology were observed by invert microscope, fluorescence microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, they showed that cells had marked nuclear condensation or the fragmentation of chromation as well as apoptotic , mitochondrial edema and vesicle , with the time of incubation extended , the proliferation rate become slow and the volume became small and transformed. FCM assay indicated that most of the cells were arrested in Go/Gi and the apoptotic peak appeared. During the prolong of incubation time, the apoptosis rate was increased. At the same time, the number of S and G2/M phase cells were decreased. The result of TUNEL indicant that there are apoptosis and necrosis.

结果：随着药物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长，蒿甲醚对胃癌SGC-7901细胞的抑制作用呈时间和浓度依赖关系：在倒置显微镜、荧光显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜下可观察到典型的凋亡细胞的形态改变，表现为：核固缩或染色质边聚或凝聚成大块状，可见凋亡小体，线粒体肿胀增殖，严重的空泡化，随作用时间的延长，细胞增殖速度减慢，细胞体积缩小变形；流式细胞术显示胃癌SGC-7901细胞出现明显的凋亡峰，随着作用时间的延长，其凋亡率逐渐升高，细胞周期阻滞在G_0/G_1期，S及G_2/M期细胞数大量减少；流式细胞术TUNEL检测结果显示细胞凋亡和坏死同时存在。

Results In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that the atrophy and incrassation of seminiferous tubule, decrease of spermatogenesis, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue, especially in high dose groups spermatozoon abnormality and nucleolus concentration in the rats testis after DU ingestion for 14 months. The changes became more severe with the prolongation of DU ingestion. Such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months. In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that a little atrophy of kidney glomerulus, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue after DC ingestion for 14 months, and kidney glomerulus fibrosis happened after DC ingestion for 20 months, such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months In the medium and high dose F0 groups, splenic germinal center and periarterial lymphatic sheaths were hyperplasia , companies with lymphopoiesis after DC ingestion for 7 months, splenic white pulp became more small and sparse after DC ingestion for 20 months.

结果 F0代的中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后可见雄性的精曲小管萎缩，管壁增厚呈空虚网状，生精细胞层次减少，间质细胞增生，但仍见有精子生成；高剂量组可见到精子呈异型性改变，细胞核浓缩深染，且随着摄入时间延长改变愈趋明显；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变且更为严重。F0代中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后肾小球轻度萎缩，间质增生明显，20个月时肾小球萎缩纤维化；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变。F0代中、高剂量组摄入贫铀7个月时脾脏生发中心和淋巴鞘增生，淋巴母细胞增生活跃，20个月时脾小体减少，生发中心稀疏；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀早期和晚期有类似改变。F0和F1代高剂量组摄入贫铀早期肝脏有炎症细胞浸润，晚期骨髓有核细胞减少，脂肪细胞增加。

By using TUNEL, FCM, EM and color image analysis, PCD was studied during postnatal brain development in rats. TUNEL revealed chromatin condensation, which marginate to the edge of nuclear and sometimes form crescentic caps or ring. Occasionally apoptotic bodies were observed.

一、应用TUNEL、FCM、电镜，结合图像分析对大鼠生后脑发育过程中PCD观察发现：在TUNEL染色上PCD细胞表现为染色质凝聚成块、移向核边缘、有时形成环状和半月状，偶尔可见凋亡小体等。

The apoptotic effects of LPS are detected by various skills such as fluorescence staining, TUNEL reaction, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis, electron microscopy and fluorescence activated cell sorting. Our results demonstrated that fish lymphocytes would be apoptotic under different LPS concentrations(above 10μg/ml) and different time(above 6h) inducing, which is characterized by condensation and margination of chromatin, the formation of apoptotic bodies.

结果显示，在10μg/ml以上浓度的内毒素作用18后或以100μg/ml浓度的LPS作用6h以上，淋巴细胞即可出现明显的凋亡形态学变化，表现为染色质凝集和周边化，核断裂，形成凋亡小体，DNA发生特异降解产生典型的"梯状"电泳图谱，呈现TUNEL阳性标记等，并通过流式细胞术证实这种凋亡具有时问和剂量的依赖性。

Results Under TEM, the surface and nuclear membrane split, a great number of vacuoles and high electron density particles appeared in the cytoplasm in Pc trophozoites, vacuoles also did in Pc cysts, intracystic bodies became denaturation and necrosis; under SEM, filopodia and microvilli became sparse,short and fell off, a breach appeared in the surface membrane in Pc trophozoites.

结果 透射电镜发现Pc滋养体表膜和核膜破裂，胞质中出现大量空泡和高电子密度颗粒，Pc包囊中也出现空泡，囊内小体变性坏死；扫描电镜发现Pc滋养体丝状伪足和微绒毛稀疏、变短甚至脱落，表膜出现缺损。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After exercise, apoptosis occurs in normal muscle or muscle under pathologic state. The apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells is similar to common cell apoptosis, including karyopyknosis, plasma membrane vacuole, cell organ shrinking, and apoptotic body formation.

结果与结论：运动后，正常肌肉中或是病理状态下的肌肉中骨骼肌细胞都会出现凋亡，凋亡的形态学表现与普通凋亡细胞相似，即核固缩、质膜发泡、细胞器紧缩，凋亡小体形成，其凋亡过程大致可分为3个阶段，即启始阶段、效应阶段和降解阶段。

Typical characteristics of apoptotic cells as membrane blebbing, chromatin pyknosis, karyorrhexis, and apoptotic body were seen under electromicroscope. Apoptosisspecific DNA ladder bands from SGC-7901 cells were visualized with electrophoresis. Hypodiploid apoptotic peak was observed before G1 phase by flow cytometry analysis.

凋亡细胞形态学上表现为细胞膜起泡、染色质固缩、核碎裂、凋亡小体形成；DNA电泳呈现凋亡特征性阶梯状条带；流式细胞仪分析显示G1期前出现亚二倍体凋亡峰。

Antoni type A areas consist of compact spindle-shaped cells with twisted nuclei and indistinct cytoplasmic borders. They are arranged in interlacing fascicles with nuclear palisading, whirling, and Verocay bodies.

Antoni A型区的细胞呈梭形，胞核扭曲，胞质边界模糊，细胞排列为呈束状交错或旋涡状，胞核呈栅栏状，有Verocay小体。

After treatment with AT9810,the cell became smallerand condensed,typical signs,such as cytoplasmicconcentration,chromatin agglutination,pyknotic necleus,necleus cleavage,apoptosis corpuscle,was found inmorphological observation.

经AT9810处理后的细胞体积变小皱缩，形态学观察具有典型凋亡细胞的特征：胞浆浓缩，染色质凝集，核固缩、裂解及凋亡小体形成。

After the cells dealt with GS-Rh2 of 13.0 mg/L, the typical apoptosis cells were discovered: showing disorganized, highly contracted and vacuolated, condensed cytoplasm, vanished karyotheca, ruptured cell nucleus and apoptotic body.

凋亡细胞吉姆萨染色检测：经13.0 mg/L人参皂甙单体Rh2处理后，HL60细胞出现核染色质浓缩、呈周边凝聚，核膜裂解形成凋亡小体、胞质出现空泡但胞膜完整的典型细胞凋亡形态学改变。
