RESULTS: After 24 hours of preinduction, cells changed from spindle to polygonal or irregular, with many short rod-shape processes and 2-3 nucleoli. Whirlpool shape growth disappeared, and was disordered. After 1-3 hours of induction, cells gradually became round, with significant cell contraction, strong refraction, bipolar or pluripolar processes connected each other into a net. After 5 hours of induction, grades one and two branches were detected.

结果：预诱导24 h，胞体由原来的长梭形变成多角形或不规则形，伸出多个短棒状突起，可见2~3个核仁，细胞间漩涡状生长趋势消失，排列无规律；诱导1~3 h，细胞逐渐变圆，胞质收缩明显，折光性增强，双级或多极的突起互相连接呈网状；诱导5 h，突起出现一、二级分支。

The HUVECs retained spindled shaped or cobblestone appearance and positively stained by anti-CD31. DAPI staining showed that 90％of scaffolds surface was reendothelialized and endothelial cells were distributed evently on the surface forming a confluent monolayer.

脱细胞支架细胞成分完全脱去，胞外基质保存完好；分离的细胞培养一周后，细胞呈梭形或多角形，核仁清晰，大小均匀，呈典型的铺路石样；免疫荧光检测可见细胞胞浆内有颗粒状红色阳性信号，说明Ⅷ因子相关抗原染色阳性；膜表面有蓝色阳性信号，说明CD31抗原染色阳性。

As exposed to optics microscope and inverted microscope,compared to control,SW480 cells with Giemsa staining that treated with the H2RA(cimetidine、nizatidine) took on malignance declining as crimpled firstly,cellular bulk and heteromorphism dimimished,the amount of rounded cell manifolded,nucleolus bulk lessened,dyeing thin,the amount of nucleolus decreased,partial cell organs manifest side-gathering phenomenon on chromatin,and the link between SW480 cell is loosened , subsequently partial rounded cell is floated.When the H2RA(cimetidine 40μM、nizatidine 20μM) against SW480 cells after 3 day,SW480 cells change roundly,nucleolus smashed,shrinking nucleolus came into being,and part of those not adhibited cell wall.

在光镜和倒置相差显微镜下，与对照组相比，经姬姆萨染色观察，西咪替丁、尼扎替丁处理的SW480细胞，先发生皱缩，体积变小，异形性减少，细胞变圆数目增多，细胞核变小，染色变淡，核仁数量减少，部分可见染色质边集现象；细胞间连接疏松，随后部分变圆细胞浮起。40μM西咪替丁及20μM尼扎替丁连续处理3天后，SW480细胞全部变圆，细胞核碎裂，固缩微核形成，部分不再贴壁。
