The cells were round before adherence,and anomalism fusiform,triangle and polygon when adhered,monocaryon,1-3 nucleole by invert phase contrast microscopy observation.Alkaline phosphatase staining and mineralized nodules staining were positive(≥98.06%).The osteoblastic activity was the highest on day 10,which was observed by MTT and morphological method.

倒置相差显微镜形态观察结果显示，未贴壁的细胞呈圆形，贴壁生长的细胞呈不规则梭形、三角形或多角形，单核，有1~3个核仁；碱性磷酸酶和钙化结节染色均呈阳性（阳性率≥98.06%）；MTT法结合形态学观察结果显示，成骨细胞培养至第10d时活性最强。

Pleomorphic giant nucleus（100%）, obvious nucleoli（75%） and karyokinesis were the main elements in the smear of bone metastatic carcinoma.

骨转移性癌则以无多形性大核细胞（100%）、核仁明显（75%）、有核分裂象为主要特征。

Results Ten categories of cytologic features found in the smear of osseous tumors were pleomorphic giant nuclear cell (91.3%), obvious nucleoli(69.5%),mononuclear gaint cell(76%), multinuclear gaint cell(65.2%),karyokinesis(36.9%), hemorrhage and necrosis(93.4%).

结果：观察到骨肿瘤中有关 10种细胞学改变：骨肉瘤涂片中，多形性大核细胞（91.3%），核仁明显（69.5%），单核瘤巨细胞（76%），多核瘤巨细胞（65.2%），核分裂象（36.9%），出血、坏死（93.4%）。

In resting cysts, the microtubules under the pellicle, cortical ciliatures, conjunctions between cilia basal bodies, supporting structure of basal bodies and other microtubule structures are absorbed in different extent; microtubule-like assemble bodies appear at the center of the remained cilia basal bodies; the granules of chromatin and nucleolus in macronucleus become smaller whereas nucleus pores of the micronucleus become bigger; the inner membrane of some nucleus pores are attached with chromatin.

ResultsMorphological features with diagnostic value were established as follows:①Irregular or round-mesh basket type nucleolus;②Malformed nucleus and lobate nucleus with fine bridge;③Perinuclear microfilaments;④Nuclear bodies;⑤Nuclear inclusion bodies;⑥Marked cell pleomorphism arranged irregularly,like a disordered stone pavement;⑦Strange cell and/or giant cancer cell were found;⑧Peculiar papillae or cell clusters were formed;⑨Specific function structure on the surface of cell differentiated poorly.

结果 确定了具有诊断意义的形态学特征：①不规则奇形核仁或网孔状核仁；②畸形核，分叶核伴细桥－核间桥形成；③核旁微丝；④核体；⑤核包涵体；⑥细胞重度多形性，排列紊乱，似乱石铺堆；⑦出现奇形细胞和/或癌巨细胞；⑧形成奇形乳头和奇形细胞簇；⑨细胞表面特异功能结构分化不良。

A strain of breast tumor cell line ZHL2006 was established and biologically identified. The ZHL2006 cells grew fast in vitro and the population doubling time was 43.6h. Electronmicroscopical observation showed that there were microvilli on the surface of the cells, nucleus irregularity, karyoplasmic ratio increased, nucleolus distinctness, et al.. Chromosome number and structure were abnormal. Immunohistochemistry showed that PCK were expressed. The ZHL2006 cell line could form onto clone in soft agar and had oncogenicity in athymic mice.

ZHL2006细胞在体外生长迅速，群体倍增时间为43.6h；倒置相差显微镜及Giemsa染色镜下观察细胞为多边形及梭形；透射电镜观察可见细胞表面有微绒毛，核高度不规则，核浆比例增大，核仁明显等；染色体数目和结构异常；广谱细胞角蛋白染色阳性，说明其自上皮而非来自基质；同时ZHL2006细胞系在软琼脂中可形成克隆，具裸鼠致瘤性。

RESULTS:①Morphology of skeletal myoblasts: After 48-72 hours primary culture, the cells were completely attached and gradually extended in the shape of spindle with the round nucleus, paralleled along their longitudinal axis and appeared chromatospherite. After 5-day culture, the cells stretched out one or several apophyses.

结果：①骨骼肌卫星细胞的形态：原代培养48~72 h细胞完全贴壁，呈梭形或纺垂形，长轴平行排列，胞核圆形，核仁明显。5 d时细胞可伸出一个或数个突起。
