A total of 70 isolates of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 22 species in 16 genera were obtained from 46 soil samples of Hubei Province.

本实验对几种表现病毒病症状的木本植物样品(包括扶桑、白蜡、丁香、泡桐和枣树)采用生物学、血清学、电镜和分子生物学等技术进行了病毒检测与鉴定。

Several anti-tumor cell lines and carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ model were established. More than 10000 compounds and extracts from plants were screened using these models and about 10 compounds showed strong inhibitory activities. Two species of plants Inula helianthus-aquatica and Saussurea deltoidea were chosen to investigate chemical and bioactivity constituents based on the results of screening of extracts and fractions. 58 compounds were isolated and identified from these two plants, 6 compounds were found to be new and 14 compounds showed anti-tumor activities. We also studied the anti-tumor mechanism of the compound bigelovin isolated from Inula helianthus-aquatica. Bigelovin was found with apoptotic activity against cell line U266 by lowering the amount of important transcription factor E2F-1 which inhibits the cell cycle at G0/G1 stage. Docking study on 7 natural new phenolic inhibitors of CA Ⅱ and 3D-QSAR study on 61 sulfonamide inhibitors of CA Ⅱwere also investigated. The calculated results were in good correlation with experimental results.

基于以上两种重要疾病和研究组方向，本论文工作开展了多个肿瘤细胞株和碳酸酐酶Ⅱ靶标模型的建立和筛选工作，累计筛选1万多个/次样品，发现10余个活性较强化合物；从粗提取物筛选结果中选取两种抗肿瘤活性强的菊科植物水朝阳旋覆花(Inula helianthus-aquatica)和三角叶凤毛菊进行了系统化学和活性成分研究，分离鉴定了58个化合物，发现6个新化合物和14个抗肿瘤活性化合物；通过合作对水朝阳旋覆花中活性较强的bigelovin进行了抗肿瘤作用机制研究，发现它可能是通过降低G2期重要的转录因子E2F-1，致使细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期，引起多发性骨髓瘤U266细胞凋亡；开展了7个新的天然酚类CAⅡ抑制剂的对接研究和61个合成的系列磺酰胺类CAⅡ抑制剂的3D-QSAR分析，结果表明计算与实验一致。

从3个样本中分别鉴定出10种、16种和19种挥发油成分，占各自挥发油总量的99.62%、99.71%和99.28%。3个采集地的芳香新塔花的主要成分相同，均为长叶薄荷酮和薄荷酮，两者总量分别达到了89.02%、83.51%和87.11%（新疆布尔津县禾木乡样品），其他主要成分为异薄荷酮、胡椒烯酮、异长叶薄荷酮、柠檬烯等。

This study has discussed that Lactic acid bacteria are isolated from 752 samples of milk and other dairy products, collected from 500 household in pastoral areas in Inner mongolia, and its biological properties are analyzed and studied.765 strains of lactic acid bacteria, including 28 species of Lactobacellus,2 species strains of Bifidobacterium, 9 species strains of Enterococcus, 3 species strains of Lactococcus, 1 specie of Streptococcus, 6 species of Leuconostoc,1 specie of Pediococcus , are identified.

从代表内蒙古牧区不同地域特点和独特生态环境的9个盟市18个牧业旗500多户牧民家庭，以目的采样和层次分类随机采样相结合的方法，共采集鲜乳及乳制品样品752份，分离到947株乳酸菌，并用形态、染色、培养特性及生化反应等实验对其进行了鉴定，有765株实验菌株分别归于7个属50个种和亚种，其中归于乳杆菌属的有28个种和亚种；归于双歧杆菌属的有2个种；归于肠球菌属的有9个种；归于链球菌属的有1个种；归于乳球菌属的有3个种和亚种；归于明串珠菌属的有6个种和亚种；归于片球菌属的有1个种。

Ninety LAB isolated from fermented cabbage were identified as species of Lactobacillus and Leuconostoc, whereas 115 clones of the 16S rRNA gene sequence from fermented cabbage DNA were identified as Lactobacillus, Weissella, Pediococcus and Leuconostoc.

从培养平板分离得到的90株乳酸菌鉴定为Lactobacillus属和Leuconostoc属。通过对115个16S rRNA基因序列对比发现非培养样品的乳酸菌为Lactobacillu属，Pediococcus属 Leuconostoc属，Weissella属。
