This paper based on Bayes posterior probability formula, establishes a dynamic model for the identification of fractures by using five performance paramete1 such as water breakthrough period, waterline movement velocity, using velocity of water cut, cumulative injection production ratio, and injection pressure. It carries out an analogy between the samples to be distinguished and the known ones to confirm how to classify them.

将油水井见水周期、水线推进速度、含水上升速度、累积注采比、注水压力等5个参数作为动态变量，基于Bayse后验概率公式建立动态裂缝识别模型，将待判别的样品与已知类型的样品进行类比，以确定待判别样品的归类。

Results showed a high-purity and a good-integrity DNA can be obtained from the preserved fresh leaves of Camellia azalea, using the methods of modified CTAB and SDS subarea. The DNA extracting quality from the leaves preserved with silica gel by the methods of modified CTAB and SDS subarea is high, which is the same as from the leaves preserved at the -200C and liquid nitrogen, So these preserving methods are suitable for the fresh leaves of Camellia azalea, including for it from distant place.

After mainenervations being drawn out and being dried for 4 hours at 60℃,1156 samples of tobacco leaves from different tobacco producing-area were made into powder (≤0.13 mm). Reducing sugar, total sugar, nicotine, nitrogen, potassium and chlorine of more than 1000 samples from different tobacco producing-area were determined with classical chemical or instrumental methods. By scanning these samples with Fourier transform Near Infrared spectrometer (MARIXT-I produced by Bucker) we obtained their spectrograms, pretreated the spectrograms with a chemometrics software (OPUS 5.5) to debase the noises influence on spectrum information, and built a chemometrics model by means of Partial Least2Squares. The chemometric model was optimized some times and validated with some other samples.

Further reflective type measurement can be implemented by THz-TDS. Interface information is obtained from the measured THz waveform reflected from stacked burned and normal porcine skins for simulating partial burned skin. Reflective wave from surface, interface between burned and unburned, back surface of unburned porcine had been correctively and clearly observed. Waveform and time of flight matched well with the original reflected waveform of normal and burned porcine skin.
