An actinomycete strain xjy was isolated from the soil of cotton field in Xinjiang against pathogenic fungus Fulvia fulva. The growth of 23 plant pathogens and 6 bacteria were strongly inhibitded by strain xjy on PDA plate.

菌株xjy是一株从新疆棉田土壤中筛选出的对番茄叶霉病菌有较强拮抗作用的放线菌，其对23种常见植物病原真菌和6种细菌有较好的抑制效果，抗菌谱广。

In this paper the resistance of Fulvia fulva to flusilazole, inducing resistance of sensitive isolates, biological characteristics of mutant-isolate and cross-resistance to other fungicides were studied. The level and distribution of F.fulva resistance in Liaoning, the fitness of mutants, the relation of cross-resistance between flusilazole and other fungicides were confirmed.

本试验系统地研究了目前辽宁省主要保护地蔬菜种植区的番茄叶霉病菌对杀菌剂氟硅唑的抗药性现状、敏感菌株抗药性诱导、抗药性菌株生物学特性以及与其它药剂的交互抗药性关系。

结果：糠秕马拉色菌和日本马拉色菌2株标准株的自发荧光强度分别在培养第4和8天时最强，菌落的自发荧光在1小时内逐渐减弱；3％戊二醛溶液、pH4.0盐酸溶液、1280μg／mL和64μg／mL氟康唑溶液、3％美蓝溶液处理后马拉色菌自发荧光都增强，10％氢氧化钾溶液中的马拉色菌在开始时荧光增强，2天后减弱；白念珠菌、申克孢子丝菌、红色毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌、土曲霉、烟曲霉等在培养条件下有自发荧光，但都较马拉色菌弱。
