The difference of male and female Pistacia Vera were compared and analyzed through treating with chemical reagent, surveying the morphology, RAPD techniques, analyzing the chromosome and comparing the band pattern of isoenzyme. The following results and conclusions were drawn:The leaves of male and female Pistacia Vera were treated respectively with chemical reagent. The sexes were identified quickly and efficiently through different color and precipitate reaction among them. The difference is significant.

本文采用化学药剂处理、形态学观察、RAPD技术、染色体压片分析及同工酶谱带分析等方法分别进行了阿月浑子的雌、雄株差异性比较分析，得出如下结论：(1)采用化学药剂分别处理阿月浑子雌雄株叶部提取液，通过不同的颜色反应和沉淀反应可以快速而有效地鉴别雌雄株，并且差异显著。

In the present study, the autotetraploid rice IR36-4X was treated with ion implantation technique by nitrogen ion beams and a polyembryonic seedling mutant (named as the IR36-Shuang) was identified in M2 generation. The mutant line was systematically investigated about the location of seedling in polyembryonic seedling, and the cytological initiation of the additional embryo in the 1R36-Shuang was observed and determined.

The tryptophan auxotrophs and the kanamycin resistant prototrophic revertants have been proved to contain a copy of Tn5 inserted in the chromosome by Southern Blot analysis with DIG-labeled 3. 5 kb HindⅢ fragment of pkan2 as the Tn5 probe. Four typies of prototrophic revertants could be found by the above assay.

Twenty-eight prototrophic revertants of the tryptophan auxotrophs were obtained through spotaneous back mutation from colonies grown on synthetic medium plates or nodules of plants. Most of the revertants have resumed the nodulation abilities and enhanced nitrogen fixation activities as evidenced by darker green color, higher dry weight and more nitrogen contents in shoot than those of the wild type strain 8-1-4A did in pot experiments. However, noodulation abilities decreased to some extent and no significant differences were found in the mass of nodules compared with the parent strain.

通过自发回复突变，从培养平板和根瘤中分离到28个色氨酸原养回复突变型菌株，对其中25株进行植物盆栽试验证明其中24株菌的结瘤功能得到了恢复，而且固氮酶活性普遍比出发菌有所提高，其中41％达到极显著水平，18％达到显著水平，植株地上部分干重及含氮量也有不同程度的提高，唯有根瘤数比出发菌有所降低，其中23％降低达极显著水平，11％降低达显著水平。
