The thesis studied the total exocellular proteins, reductant sugar and the pectinase enzyme activity of CXJZ95-198 strain in glucose, mannose, xylan, mannosan and pectin culture media.Compared enzyme activity of pectinase, xylanose and β-mannanose. The secreted proteins in ferment fluid from different culture media were analysed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.

Besides, The nodulation with else host experiment told us that NWGX035 could nodulate with melilotus suaveolens Ledeb, sophora alopecuroides Linn, lotus corniculatus Linn, sophora viciifolia Hance, trifolium repens Linn. The property of powerful salt, alkali, high temperature endurance and wide nodulation could confirm this strain was a particular strain. The nodulation mechanism and endurance of salt, alkali and high temperature mechanism need to be studied further.

另外，回接其它寄主植物的试验表明， NWGX035能与草木樨、黄化苦豆子、百脉根、狼牙刺和白三叶共生结瘤，其广泛的共生结瘤范围和强的耐盐、碱和抗高温特性可以证明该菌株为一株性状优良的菌株，其共生结瘤机制和耐盐碱机制需进一步研究。

We initiated a genetic screen for Drosophila olfactory genes by means of SG18.1-Gal4/UAS system: The result validates our screen as an rapid, effective approach for recovering genes controlling glomerular map patterning; From a misexpression screen of 1,515 P{GS} lines, we identified 23 genes that, when forcibly expressed in the olfactory receptor neurons, disrupted the stereotyped anatomy of the Drosophila antennal lobes; These genes, which have not been shown previously to control olfactory map development, encode novel proteins as well as proteins with known roles in axonal outgrowth and cytoskeletal remodeling.
