The number of homology case of diarrhea patients and food caused by subtype 1/2 were 4 and 12 in 2006 and 2007.［Conclusion］ There is close relation between the diarrhea patients of S. Enteritidis and the contaminated poultry in Shanghai.The PFGE subtype 3 is the dominant epidemic strains.

结论上海市肠炎沙门菌病例和食用污染的鸡肉等禽类制品有密切关系，PFGE3型肠炎沙门菌是目前上海市肠炎沙门流行株的优势菌型，2007年发现由鹅肝传播的1/2型肠炎沙门菌可能是3型的变异株并有取代成为流行菌株的趋势。

By comparing with the curves of classical antibiotics in Doskochilova system, the antibiotic type of fermentation broths was identified. The antimicrobial tests showed, the inhibition rate of alt the twenty strains were considerably and ten of them reached 80% when the fermentation broths was diluted by 10 times. It showed strongest inhibition effect against Erwinia carotorora (17.75 mm). Organize method tests showed that inhibition rate of fermentation broths of the strain HJ1-2 to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Botrytis cinerea was 100% and 71.39%, respectively.

发酵液的抑菌活性测定结果表明，放线菌HJ1-2菌株发酵液对20种供试病原真菌均具有不同程度抑制作用，其10倍稀释液对其中10种病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制率达到80%以上；供试7种细菌中放线菌HJ1-2菌株发酵液对白菜软腐病菌的抑制作用最强，抑菌圈直径为17.75mn；放线菌HJ1-2菌株发酵液对油菜菌核病和番茄灰霉病的抑制率分别为100和71.39%。

Methods The SpaA was purified by electroelution from NaOH-extracted antigen of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae strain C43311. The rSpaA-N was expressed in E. coli BL21 as a soluble protein by IPTG inducing,and purified with GST affinity chromatography. Mice of each group were subcutaneously immunized three times with 50μg or 100 μg of native SpaA, rSpaA-N or NaOH-extracted antigen with in complete or incomplete Freund adjuvant at 2-week intervals.

将猪丹毒丝菌C43311株SpaA-N以可溶形式表达在大肠杆菌BL21中，用GST Bind Resin纯化试剂盒纯化rSpaA-N，采用电洗脱法从猪丹毒丝菌C43311株NaOH提取抗原中纯化天然SpaA，将rSpaA-N、天然SpaA和NaOH提取抗原制成亚单位疫苗，同时设GST及生理盐水对照组，间隔2周分3次皮下免疫小鼠，第3次免疫后2周用100LD50猪丹毒丝菌C43065株进行腹腔攻毒，采用间接ELISA方法检测免疫组小鼠血清的抗体动态变化。

However, the 3 groups from medium A exhibited the highest microbial diversity and best decolorization results with 99.53% and 97.42% color removal rate of Reactive Red M-3BE and Acid Red.
