Six strains of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were isolated from disease tobaccos in Yongzhou and Ningxiang from heavy disease plots;. Pathogenicity was tested to six strains, the results shows the strain of phy3 have strong pathogenicity. We also studied the effect of several solutions for producing zoosporangium in Artificial culture condition, the result shows the hyphea culture with 0.1% KNO3 produced the most quantity of zoosporangiums.

2001～2003年，从湖南永州和宁乡等地发病重的田块采集病株共分离到烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)菌株6株，经离体叶片致病力筛选，烟草黑胫病菌株phy3为强致病力菌株，病情指数达到89％；并在实验室条件下，研究了几种溶液诱导孢子囊的产生效果，结果证明经0.1％KNO，处理产生孢子囊最多。

Fifty-four strains of pathogens were isolated from 28 cases with VAP, the percentages of Gram-negative bacilli, Gram-positive cocci and fungi were 83.33%, 7.41% and 9.26% respectively. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Achromobacter xylosoxidans were the most common pathogens.

共检出病原菌54株，其中革兰阴性菌45株，占83.33%，前三位致病菌依次为铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌和木糖氧化产碱杆菌；革兰阳性菌4株，占7.41%；真菌5株，占9.26%。

Firstly,we isolated clinically and induced artificially multi-resistant Escherichia coli,detected antibacterials intake by different resistant level strains with CCCP and fluorescence spectro method and ascerained existing active efflux system in this strains; Secondly, construced internal standard of quantitive RT-PCR and detected AcrAB mRNA level of different resistant E.coli with quantitive RT-PCR; Thirdly, prepared AcrA antibody and detected AcrAB protein level of different resistant E.coli; eventually,designed and constructed Taqman probe of AcrAB and detected AcrAB level of different resistant E.coli with fluorescence quantitive PCR.

临床分离及人工诱导大肠杆菌多重耐药株，氰氯苯腙结合荧光分光法检测不同耐药水平菌株对抗菌药物的摄入，确证主动外排系统的存在；构建了定量RT-PCR的内标准DNA，通过定量RT-PCR检测动物源性大肠杆菌AcrAB mRNA的水平；制备AcrA抗体，采用Western-Blotting检测不同耐药株AcrAB蛋白的表达水平；设计和构建AcrA、AcrB的Taqman探针，检测不同耐药菌株AcrAB的水平。

The PCR products appeared to be approximate 600 bp, the expected size. The allantoic fluid of infected embryonating eggs of 6 IBV reference strains and 6 field strains were amplified by RT-PCR using three pairs of primers of 1.7, 0.2, 0.6 kb on same and different condition, 3, 5, 9 strains of IBV were amplified respectively. While 12 different sentypes of the 12 IBV strains can be divided in 6 genotypes.

用1.7、0.2、0.6 kb 3对引物对6个IBV毒株和6个分离株的含毒尿囊液在相同和不同条件下进行RT-PCR，结果3对引物分别扩增出3、5、9株IBV，同时可将不同血清型的12个IBV株分成6种基因型。

The ELISA titre was 1:2000.By cell fusion, 46 hybridoma cell lines were screened,and 10 lines were cloned with limited dilution method.16 lines secreting anti-bFGF monoclonal antibody were been developed, and 2 lines targeted fusion protein. Sensitive ELISA and dot-ELISA for bFGF was developed with this mAb. The detection limit of them were 0.1 ng/well and 0.5 ng/well. The expression level of anti-bFGF mAb by different rebuilt engineering cells were identified by western blot and to direct rebuild recombiment engineering cell. The dose and character of anti-bFGF mAb inhibiting bFGF biology activity were searched by 3T3 cell line. Searching 20 tissue of liver cancer, liver cancer cell lines and general tissue of liver, finding bFGF were highly expressed in tissues of liver cancer and liver cancer cell lines. Affinity chromatography purifying bFGF was set up by mAb binging CNBr-pepharose 4B, and the purification was 95%. We found that the titer of anti-bFGF antibody was very high in serum of neuropathic amyotrophia.

应用细胞融合制备46株杂交瘤，对其中10株进行克隆化，获得bFGF特异单抗16株，2株针对融合蛋白；应用该单抗建立了0.1ng/孔灵敏度的ELISA，0.5ng/孔敏度的斑点ELISA；用Western-blotting鉴别了经改造不同工程菌蛋白表达，指导重组工程菌改造；用3T3细胞培养研究了单抗抑制bFGF生物学活性的剂量和特点；合作研究了20例肝癌、肝癌细胞株和正常肝组织，发现前者bFGF高表达；应用单抗偶联CNBr-sepharose 4B建立了小量免疫亲和层析纯化bFGF，纯度达到95%；发现神经性肌萎缩患者血清中含有高滴度的bFGF抗体，已有10多家单位引用单抗或进行合作。

RESULTS Among 327 specimens, cultures were positive in 320(97.9%),included 328 aerobe strains and 436 anaerobe strains.Most of the pathogenic bacteria were Gram negative.In aerobes,E.coli was the first (176 strains),while bacteroides were the first(216 strains) for anaerobes. In the positive cases, aerobic and anaerobic mixed infection were 64.7% while unitary aerobic and unitary anaerobic infection were only 25% and 10.3%, respectively.The drug sensitive rate of aerobes to the third generation cephalosporine was exceed 90%.The drug sensitive rate to metronidazole was 97.9%.

Results A total of 6 suspected colonies were isolated from 65 samples, all being Gram?negative small bacilli, and red for Gimanez staining. The PCR results confirmed that the six strains were all Bartonella , two isolated from Rattus losea and Rattus brunneusculue each, and one from Niniventer fulvescens and Suncus murinus each.
