Results Several amino acid substitutions located in antigenic sites or receptor binding sites were found more in the isolates than the current vaccine virus or the isolates from previous year. Amino acid substitution was found in 3, 140, 142, 144, 145, 158, 159, 189, 192, 193, 198, 204, 225, 226 and 227 positions in the isolates during 2003-2008, more amino acid substitutions took place in antigenic determinant A, B and receptor binding site.

结果 每个流行期分离的毒株都较当年的疫苗株或前一年的毒株出现了位于不同抗原决定簇或者受体结合位点的氨基酸替换。2003-2008年不同流行期分离株在3，140、142、144、145、158、159、189、192、193、198、204，225、226和227位点氨基酸发生了变化，多数的改变发生在抗原决定簇A、B及RBS。

At the lower generation (C5) of the autotetraploid eggplant, plant shape index and the ratio of the well-balanced plants (9.19%) are low. The average shape index for 12 strains of the three different female parents is 0.4779. But its genetic rate is: h^2=96.39%±3.52%. 结果表明，正交F1和反交F1植株的生长势均很强，正交F1株高143.2 cm、全株浅绿色，反交F1株高129.7 cm、全株灰绿色；正、反交F1的穗型均呈双亲中间型，花药呈黄色，花粉可育率0.02%~0.03%，结实率为0，说明杂种高度不育；正交F1的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ平均染色体构型为6.90Ⅰ+14.02Ⅱ，反交F1为7.82Ⅰ+13.59Ⅱ，减数分裂后期丁有落后染色体和染色体桥等不规则现象；亲本及其正、反交杂种F1分某期幼叶的EST同工酶酶带的位点、数目和强弱均存在一定差异，可作为亲本及杂种在蛋白质水平识别的重要依据。

In this study, the cDNA fragments of G-L intergenic region and polymerase activity module in L gene of two street rabies virus were cloned and sequenced. The nucleotides sequence of these cDNA fragments mentioned above and their deduced amino acid sequence were compared with that of rabies virus strains, rabies-related virus strains and other Rliabdoviridae published previously. The result show that the homology of nucleotide sequence of G-L IGR among MRV, DRV is 83.3%, compared with other rabies-related virus strains, the homology of G-L IGR is between 58.3%-91.7%. the length of G-L IGR of rabies virus is different in Rhabdoviridae.

本实验对狂犬病病毒野毒株MRV、DRV的G-L间隔区以及L基因聚合酶活性部位进行了克隆和测序，将所测定的结果和推定的氨基酸序列与国内外公开发表的狂犬病病毒其它固定毒株、野毒株和同科不同属的病毒的相应部分进行了分析比较，结果表明MRV、DRV G-L IGR核苷酸序列的同源性为83.3％，与其它毒株的同源性在58.3％～91.7％之间；狂犬病毒G-L间隔区序列的长度在弹状病毒科不同病毒属之间有所不同。
