高炉渣中MgO 含量提高0.35%达到7.8-8.0%，炉渣熔化性温度与粘度下降，炉渣流动性由115mm提高到170mmm，铁损由7.09%降低到5.15%，校正后产量小幅了下降18t/d，但综合焦比下降了6.57kg/tP，节焦效果显著，同时烧结与高炉的工艺参数得到优化与提升，炉渣MgO含量7.8-8.0%为较适宜水平。
