Objective To discuss the clinical value of selective artery embolism in acute hemorrhea of pelvic malignant tumor.

目的：探讨选择性动脉栓塞疗法治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤急性大出血的临床价值。

Methods Sixteen patients with acute hemorrhea of pelvic malignant tumor were underwent with selective artery embolism, whose therapeutic effect and complication were observed.

对16例盆腔恶性肿瘤大出血的患者采用选择性动脉栓塞法进行治疗，观察其疗效及并发症。

Methods 30 patients with various kinds of uterus tumor and postpartum hemorrhea were treated with uterus arterial embolism with PVA microparticle whose diameter was 300～500 μm, iodized oil emulsion and/or gelatin sponge stick through super-selectivity unilateral or bilateral uterus arte.

方法对30例各类子宫肿瘤和产后大出血患者，通过超选择性双侧或单侧子宫动脉插管，用直径300~500μm的PVA微粒、碘油乳剂和/或明胶海绵条将子宫动脉栓塞。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of oxycontin (oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets) in the treatment of moderate to severe hepatalgia of primary liver cancer post-transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.

目的 观察奥施康定治疗原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后引起中重度肝区疼痛的近期疗效和不良反应。

目的 探讨用中药水蛭、银杏、川芎的有效成分组成的复方制剂对动物局灶脑缺血的保护作用方法将水蛭素、银杏叶提取物、川芎嗪按2∶25∶5的比例制成无菌注射液，应用鼠大脑中动脉栓塞导致缺血性脑卒中的实验模型，并用生理盐水、尼莫地平和银杏提取物作对照，观察不同药物对脑缺血面积和由缺血造成的大鼠行为障碍的影响，将实验据用统计学处理并进行组间的差异性比较。
