The experimental results show that the content of SiC in RBSC increases with carbon content while α-SiC is chosen as a filler. However, the residual carbon would appear in specimens when the carbon content exceeds 30% by weight. Using carbon felt, the reaction-formed SiC particles are small and uniform in size and distribution. However, when carbon felt is impregnated with phenol resin, the reaction-formed SiC is nonuniform in size and distribution. X-ray diffraction shows that the fabricated RBSC is composed of α-SiC,β-SiC, and free Si. The polytype of SiC is related to the reaction-heat during sintering.

结果表明：选用α-SiC+C粉的混合物作为生坯，SiC相的体积分数随生坯中wC的增加而增加，但过大的wC将使硅化后的试样出现残碳；选用碳毡作为生坯，反应烧结碳化硅的显微组织特点是C／Si反应生成的碳化硅颗粒均匀细小，并呈线状分布在游离硅中；浸渍过树脂的碳毡硅化处理后的显微组织特点是反应生成的碳化硅颗粒粗大且呈不均匀分布。X射线衍射结果也表明，反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷由游离Si、α-SiC、β-SiC组成，试样中不同晶型碳化硅的出现与C／Si反应的放热过程有关。

The results show that proper control of additive, flocculating agent, temperature, stir speed, quantity of each agent and other process parameters could effectively remove the impurities in the coagulation bath such as the solid, big molecules in the forms of undissolved colloid and semi-colloid. The sizes of flocculates are big and loose, ready to precipitate, therefore the impurity removing effect is very ideal, greatly improving the exchange ability of the ion exchange resin in the subsequent process.

This paper also studied pyrogenation of composites which are made up of three polymer(polyvinylchloride,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and nylon12) and the shell at different temperature through analysed pyrolysis mechanism.The study shows:the calcined shell has different effect on resin at different temperature, nylon 12 having amido and shell calcined for two hours at 600℃ can form the material which has resemblance in the structure of shell,so the pyrolysis speed of this composite is slower than pure nylonl2,but the effect is unideal.

摈斥的办法是：(1)拔取潮性公道而又较密的油不朱；(2)矮调部位或网点部位增轻印压；(3)从头功滤油不朱15～25μm；(4)在制卡和会员卡制作上不正以原纸、塑料离隔或变换承印物；(5)在密油不朱边补充密释油不朱的助剂，以提矮油不朱的固定率；(6)补增迟潮性油不朱或溶剂；(7)染料型油不朱答裁减树脂的含度；(8)裁减不求不朱度或补充减缓的油不朱抑制剂；(9)必要使潮燥安设上的风吹到版上；(10)在油不朱边补充TM3或硅油。

The results of the TG and DTG curves show that, in the whole intumescing process, APP, PER and MEL cooperate with each other and synergism is generated; The kind of base resin and its contents, the ratio of the component of fire retardant system and their contents all have great influence on the thermal degradation behaviors of fire retardant coating; The concentration of oxygen has no influence on the thermal degradation of fire retardant coating below 345℃, while the influence can not be neglected above 345℃, but compare with the factors mentioned previously, the influence is small.

The results showed that,by using 2~4 phr C5 petroleum resin,the adhesion strength of TPI/NR blend improved,the heat build-up decreased,and the physical properties and thermal aging property were better,the TPI/NR blend with this formulation could be an ideal compound of TBR tire shoulder pad.
