The necessity of concrete surface painting was described from the angle of durability. Based on this,the status of research and application of organosilicon coating and the kind of modified organosilicon coating were reviewed.

从耐久性角度说明了混凝土表面涂覆的必要性，在此基础上，本文综述了有机硅树脂涂料和有机硅改性聚氨酯、环氧树脂及丙烯酸树脂涂料的研究与应用进展。

Based on relative literatures,this part has included five resesearch aspects as below.1 Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified by extraction,column chromatography,and their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis: acteoside(Ⅰ-1),isoacteoside(Ⅰ-2),crenatoside(Ⅰ-3),cistanoside F(Ⅰ-4),sinapoyl-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ-5),adenosine(Ⅰ-6),β-siterol(Ⅰ-7),oleanic acid(Ⅰ-8), succinic acid(Ⅰ-9),caffeic acid(Ⅰ-10),protocatechuic aldehyde(Ⅰ-11),p-hydro xybenzyl alcohol(Ⅰ-12),β-daucosterol(Ⅰ-13),D-galacitol(Ⅰ-14),D-mannitol(Ⅰ-15).Ⅰ-4～15 were obtained from this plant for the first time,andⅠ-6,7,9,and 13 were isolated from Orobanche genus for the first time.2 The scavenging test of DPPH showed that most compounds have comparative antioxidant activity as L-ascorbic acid and part of them show better activity such as the O.coerulescens extract and phenylethanoid glycosides.Acteoside showed potent free radical scavenging effects with a median inhibition concentration of 25.6μg/ml.3 The anti-HBV activities of acteoside,isoacteoside and crenatoside were measured,and all of them showed suppressive activity on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in the HepG2.2.15 cell line.

本论文在文献调研基础上对紫花列当化学成分及生物活性进行了研究，并从免疫抗病毒角度探讨紫花列当中特征性成分类叶升麻苷的肝保护作用及其机制。1采用大孔树脂、硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术对紫花列当进行系统的植物化学研究，从中分离得到19个化合物，利用UV和NMR等波谱手段及理化性质鉴定了其中的15个化合物，分别为类叶升麻苷(Ⅰ-1)、异类叶升麻苷(Ⅰ-2)、crenatoside(Ⅰ-3)、cistanoside F(Ⅰ-4)、sinapoyl-4-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ-5)、腺苷(Ⅰ-6)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ-7)、齐墩果酸(Ⅰ-8)、琥珀酸(Ⅰ-9)、咖啡酸(Ⅰ-10)、原儿茶醛(Ⅰ-11)、对羟甲基苯甲酸(Ⅰ-12)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅰ-13)、D-半乳糖醇(Ⅰ-14)和甘露醇(Ⅰ-15除化合物Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2和Ⅰ-3外，其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。2)通过大孔树脂富集该药材有效部位苯乙醇总苷，并采用HPLC测得其所含特征性成分类叶升麻苷的含量可达80%以上。3DPPH自由基清除试验显示紫花列当提取物及其所含的苯乙醇苷类化合物均具有较好的抗氧化能力，其清除DPPH自由基能力接近于抗坏血酸。4采用卡介苗整体致敏、脂多糖离体攻击构建大鼠原代肝细胞免疫性损伤模型，在体外观察类叶升麻苷的保肝作用。

Acrylic resin containing N,N-dimethyl amino group and vinyl group applicable for UV-curable and cathodic electrophoretic paint was synthesized via radical polymerization of acrylic monomers followed by modification with methacrylic oxyethyl isocyanate.

Materials and methods: Twenty pairs of test and control restorations were placed in 17 patients. The test group was used packable composite resin(P-60, 3M) and the control group was used universal composite resin (Clearfil AP-X, Kuraray).

The following conclusions have been gotten from a large amount of experiments and determinations: Triiodide, pentaiodide, heptaiodide, nonaiodide, undecaiodide of solid tetra-n-butyl ammonium polyiodides and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide polyiodides can be synthesized by solid phase process which is a economic easy way, while its not suitable for synthesizing solid tetramethyl ammonium polyiodides; Solution polyiodides of triiodide, pentaiodide can be synthesized through the complexation process, and TX-10 is a better complexing agent; Triiodide, pentaiodide, heptaiodide resinic polyiodides were synthesized by ion-exchange of resinifying process, and that is a viable easy way.

在大量实验和分析的基础上，可得到以下结论：用固相法可以合成出碘三、碘五、碘七、碘九和碘十一形式的正四丁基多碘化铵固体高聚碘和四丁基多碘化溴化铵固体高聚碘系列化合物，是制备高聚碘的经济、方便的合成方法，但此法对合成四甲基多碘化铵固体高聚碘系列化合物并不适用；TX-10是合成溶液高聚碘较佳的络合剂，通过其络合作用可以合成出碘三和碘五形式的溶液高聚碘；采用树脂法，通过离子交换，合成出了碘三、碘五和碘七形式的树脂高聚碘，此法简单可行。

Chitosan had been modified by polyacrylate sodium, glularaldehyde, and NaBH4, respectively, which afforded three kinds modified chitosan: polyacrylate sodium modified chitosan (CIS- PA4) chitosan bead and pentamethylene diamido crosslinked chitosan bead (CTSB- G- Hy). The adsorption properties of CTS-CTSB and CTSB-G-Hy were studied by L25(56) orthogonal experimental design. They show high adsorption activities for Pb2+ in solution. The highest removal efficiency of Pb2+ for CTS-PA4, CTSB and CTSB-G-Hy is 94%, 96% and 93%, respectively. The results showed the adsorption property of CTSB is the highest. The CTSB- G- Hy has good mechanical property, acid-resistance and alkali-resistance.

第二部分壳聚糖的改性及其对水溶液中铅离子的吸附性能研究以壳聚糖为原料制备了三种改性吸附剂——聚丙烯酸钠改性壳聚糖(CTS——PA_4)、珠状壳聚糖凝胶树脂和戊二氨交联珠状壳聚糖凝胶树脂，着重考察了CTSB—G—Hy的制备条件，并考察了三种吸附剂吸附6.3mg/L铅离子水溶液中铅的最佳使用条件，结果表明对CTS—PA_4而言当pb~(2+)溶液的pH在4～6.5之间，吸附剂用量为5g/L，吸附时间为1h时pb~(2+)去除率高于94％，CTS—PA_4可在酸性条件下使用，在碱性条件下依然有效但处理效果较差；CTSB对pb~(2+)具有很好的吸附能力吸附剂用量为5g/L，吸附时间为1h时处理效果极佳，pb~(2+)去除率高于96％；CTSB—G—Hy对pb~(2+)具有一定的吸附能力，吸附剂用量为3g/L，吸附时间为1.5h时处理效果最佳，Pb~(2+)去除率高于93％，而且CTSB—G—Hy的机械强度高，耐酸碱性强，可在较宽的pH范围内使用。
