How to realizeprocess control of Furan resin-bonded sand self-curing technology has been briefly expounded combining practi- cal production with several sections such as raw material preparation, mixing sand, molding, coremaking,recla- mation and technological equipment design which have been depended upon to work out a series of document of techndogy and technique of furan resin-bonded sand self-curing process operational reules, technology regulations and acceptance standard of raw materials to play important role in guiding production on the spot.

本文结合生产实际情况，从原材料的准备、混砂、造型、制芯以及再生过程和工艺工装设计等几个方面，简要阐述了如何对呋喃树脂自硬砂生产工艺过程进行质量控制，并且在此基础上制订了工艺操作规程和工艺守则以及原材料验收标准等一系列有关树脂自硬砂的工艺技术性文件，对现场生产起了重要的指导作用。

In Pattern less casting manufacturing technology by using the disperse/cumuli prototyping principle of rapid manufacturing and resin sand moulding material, the three dimensional CAD model is stratified, sliced, the information of different high section are obtained, then these section are scaned, jet solidify, the resin sand prototyping or casting model is direct obtained.

无模铸型制造技术是以树脂砂为成型材料，利用快速成型技术的离散／堆积成型原理，对三维CAD实体模型进行分层切片处理，得到不同高度截面层的信息，采用截面扫描、喷射固化工艺，直接获得树脂砂铸型或铸造模具的一种方法。

Decolorization methods were studied. The best decolorization technology was: Using the LSD208 resin to decolorize, the decolorization rate, polysaccharide content and polysaccharide yield reached 88.19%, 92.32%, 64.16% respectively.

云南红豆杉中总黄酮富集工艺的研究方法：(1)确立用超声法初提药粉；(2)用L9(3~4)正交试验考察脱脂和醇提的工艺参数；(3)用大孔树脂研究总黄酮的富集工艺：考查树脂类型、上样液浓度、洗脱曲线等。
