Methods Microsatellite markers of mice and rat were adopted to develop markers and methods suitable for genetic monitoring for SPF golden hamster population and its parent conventional population from Chengdu Institute of Biological Products by fluorescence-based semi-automated genotyping method. Genetic diversity and differences of the 2 golden hamster populations were analyzed based on the result of microsatellite alleles.

主要结果如下： 1。连锁图总长度为1091.34cM，标记间平均距离为16.53cM。利用公共遗传图谱，将21个连锁群与大豆染色体相对应。每个连锁群上的标记数目在2-8个之间，连锁群长度在17.71-129.33cM之间。相邻标记间平均间距最大的连锁群为D1b，为43.55cM；最小平均间距的连锁群为M，为13.86cM；有20个区间长度大于20cM。

摘 要：往返时间、目标速度以及重传超时等因素导致了带宽分配的不均匀。通过研究带宽与这些因素的关系，在时间滑动窗口三色标记器（tsw3cm）的基础上，提出一种cir、rtt、rto感知的标记器(crr3cm)。该标记器完成了在各汇聚流之间对剩余带宽的公平分配，减少了目标速度、往返时间，以及重传超时因素对带宽分配的影响。

To the problem that large-scale labeled samples isn't easy to acquire in the course of SVM training, the active learning strategy is used in the SVM training and an incremental training algorithm of active SVM based on the uncertainty based sampling of distance ratio is proposed in the paper. The experimental results show that the active SVM learning strategy can considerably reduce the labeled samples and costs compared to the passive learning method, and at the same time it can ensure the accurate classification performance is kept as the passive SVM and also expedite the SVM training.

针对 SVM训练学习过程中难以获得大量带有类标注样本的问题，本文将主动学习策略应用于SVM增量训练中，提出了一种基于距离比值不确定性抽样的主动SVM增量训练算法，实验结果表明在保证不影响分类精度的情况下，应用主动学习策略的SVM选择的标记样本数量大大低于随机选择的标记样本数量，大大降低了标记的工作量或代价，而且训练速度同样有所提高。
