AIM: To investigate the expression of runx3 gene mRNA and protein in human gastric carcinoma and surrounding normal tissue and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters. METHODS: RNA and protein were extracted from 60 human gastric carcinoma and surrounding normal tissue specimens.
