Methods: The specimens of peripheral blood were collected from 15 individuals and each specimen was divided into three parts, one processed in an hour and the other two stored at -80℃ and -20℃ respectively Two different reagents (TRI Reagent and TRI Rcagent-BD) were used to extract RNA directly from whole blood followed by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction for amplifying 3-Actins gene.
