This thesis discusses the realization of the picture processing function of later phase in the process of PACS development. Basing on traditional digital image processing and according to the characters of medical images, we design the Mark Boff Chain edge detection algorithm basing on the distributing model of image grade scene, and has got good effect in the practical experiments; as to the system development, we design customizable DICOM standard analyzer, and use the trigger mechanism Callback to improve the analysis speed ,and adopt the system structure basing on the standard interface to reduce the modules coupling degree, and strengthen the stability of the system.

本文在PACS系统开发过程中，对其影像后期处理功能的实现进行了探索，在传统数字图像处理的基础上，根据医学图像自身所具有特点，设计出了基于图像梯度场分布模型的马尔可夫链边缘检测算法，并在实际测试中取得较好效果；在系统开发方面，设计出了可定制化的DICOM标准解析器，应用CallBack触发机制来提高解析速度，采用基于标准接口的系统架构体系降低了组件耦合度，增强了系统的稳定性。

Objective:To investigate the difference between the Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices and the Chinese Version of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Adult. Methods:106 subjects accord with the standard were involved in the study. The RSPM and A-WISC were completed. The results of the subjects in the tests were analyzed.

目的：探讨成人瑞文标准推理测验与韦氏成人智力测验结果之间的差异方法：对106例在我研究所心理评估中心测试智力的成人研究对象进行上述两项测试，并比较二者之间的差异。

Presenting subjects manipulated mental workload with five tests, including Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices and four subtests of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Chinese-Children revision in 60 to 70 minutes. Reading velocity, mistake rate, index of mental capacity in Number Cancellation Test and test time, the right number of tracking lines in Visual Tracking Test were calculated and compared between the two groups.

以瑞文标准推理测试、韦氏智力量表中部分项目测试60~70min作为脑力作业负荷，负荷前、后分别进行划消试验和视觉追踪测验，统计划消试验的阅读速度、错误率、脑力工作能力指数，统计视觉追踪试验的完成时间及正确数，分析脑力作业负荷对肥胖组和对照组各指标的影响及2组间的差异，分析肥胖青少年注意能力的特点。

Adolescents of the two groups were paired according to age groups, height, schooling level and parental educational level. Average scores of all indices were calculated and compared between the two groups. Mental workload was manipulated by presenting subjects with five tests, including Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices and four subtests of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Chinese revision in 60 to 70 minutes.
