In the course of compounding , adopt orthographical experiment , considering following factors rproprotion between the inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant, compound temperature,mixxing time, the join of solicitation, pH value, mix intensity and familiar time of melting.

在实验的第二阶段，以絮凝除油效果为标准，对无机和有机高分子絮凝剂进行复合合成，在复合合成过程中，采用正交实验，综合考虑了以下因素：无机-有机配合比、温度、引发剂投加量、搅拌时间、pH值、搅拌强度和熟化时间。

In order to evaluate the methodology, this research implemented an HL7-based prototypal standardization system focused on laboratory information system. We also evaluated the performance about the effect of the prototypal system, the result shown the extra effective delaying time per transaction were less than 20%, the total effective delaying time were only 6.21%.

The fireproof performance of wood panels of birch,poplar,shorea spp,pao rosa and sapele which were coated with ZPC60-1 decorative fireproof coating were tested according to ISO5660 standard,in terms of its fire resistant time, time to ignition and heat release rate by use of cone calorimeter and horizontal-vertical combustion analyzer.

采用此工艺在实验室制得符合HG2340-92标准一级品要求的产品，并确定浸出过程的最佳工艺参数是：NaCl溶液浓度≥5.5mol/L，浸出温度≥100℃，浸出时间120min，CaCl2浓度0.3mol/L，HCl浓度0.15mol/L，液固比8∶1；合成三盐基硫酸铅的最佳工艺条件为：PbSO4∶NaOH=4∶6，液固比≈2∶1，室温反应时间60min，溶液的终点pH8.4~8.8。

ANP and CX43 began to express at 2nd week after induction and increased gradually,about 60% of the resulting myogenic cells were positive at 4th week after induction ,they were negative for uninduced cells.hMSCs'surface antigen profiles obtained by Flow Cytometry were negative for CD31\CD34\CD45 before and after induction,but CD90 expressed higher after induction while was weak positive before induction(P.05). Apotosis index was correlated with the cultural time after induction,The apoptosis rate of induced hMSCs was remarkably higher than control group(P.01),and the variation between groups was notable(P.05),the cell cycle analysis showed that the percentages of G_0/G_1phases were reduced significantly after induction. The expresstion levels ofβ-MHC and CTNT mRNA were undetectable before induction,began to increase at 1st、4th week after induction,reached the peak at 6th week and decreased after that,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA varied regularly after treated with 5-azacytidine. hMSCs'resting membrane potential、range and rate of depolarization were heightened gradually after being induced.

结果：hMSCs诱导前为纺锤形，诱导后第2天部分细胞即开始发生形变，呈球形或短棒状，1周后胞浆中颗粒增多，约20～30%细胞边缘呈毛刷样变化；hMSCs表面抗原CD31、CD34、CD45在诱导前后差异无统计学意义，CD90未诱导时表达呈弱阳性，诱导后明显增高(P.05)；ANP和CX43在诱导前无表达，诱导后第2周开始表达且表达随时间逐渐增强，但CX43在诱导后第5周表达量开始降低。hMSCs诱导后凋亡指数随诱导后培养时间增加，低浓度诱导组低于标准浓度诱导组，组间差异有统计学意义(P.05)，G_0/G_1期细胞比例诱导后较对照组显著减少(P.05)；β-MHC和CTNT基因分别在诱导后第1周和第4周时表达开始增强，在第6周时均达到高峰，第8周时表达开始衰减，Bcl-2、Bax基因表达呈时间依赖性变化，hMSCs经诱导后随心肌样细胞特征的表达膜静息电位、去极化幅值和去极化速率逐渐增高。

Pure-remote sensing information models are free of the numerous distributional parameters that are difficult to obtain in vast area. The following sections are included in the study.(1) The VCI and SVI based on time-series NDVI data are used to analyse regional drought and the following results were reached: As the vegetation growth status index, the response of VCI and SVI to precipitation was land cover type, temporal and site specified. So VCI and SVI have little information about drought when used to monitor regional drought especially in China that has a mountainous topographty.(2) Based on the interpretation of NDVI-Ts space, NDVI and land surface temperature was combined to construct NVDI-Ts space from which the TVDI (Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index) was obtained with line ratio method and normalized slopes method. When compared with the topsoil moisture measured in situ, TVDI are competent in regional drought monitoring. Illumed by the NDVI-Ts space, we combined the NDVI with day/night land surface temperature difference and apparent thermal inertia to construct NDVI-ΔT and NDVI-ATI spaces from which the DVDI and AVDI were estimated respectively with 8-day composite MODIS 〓 product and 16-day composite MODIS NDVI product.

具体包括以下几方面的内容：(1)VCI和SVI在干旱监测中的作用评价：探讨利用NDVI时间系列数据建立的植被状态指数和标准植被指数评价区域干旱的可行性，研究结果表明：VCI和SVI作为植被相对生长状况指标，对降水的响应随着植被覆盖类型、时间和空间等而表现出不同的敏感性，因此在大区域干旱监测中，特别是我国这样地形复杂多样的国家，VCI和SVI在干旱监测中的作用都是有限的；(2)利用TVDI评价全国干旱等级分布：结合陆地表面温度和植被指数建立NDVI-T〓空间，在NDVI-T〓空间物理意义理解的基础上，分别采用线段比值法和斜率归一化法构建温度植被干旱指数，并利用TVDI研究了我国2000年3～5月份各旬的干旱分布，取得比较满意的结果。
