A tracking study was carried out on the developing progress and trend of the ISO Upstream NaturalGas Technical Committee （ISO/TC193/SC3）, the organization and the structure of which were introduced in detail.

为此，对国际标准化组织天然气技术委员会天然气上游领域分委会ISO/TC 193/SC3的标准化发展动态进行了跟踪研究。

In this study, we get to know how standardization work in this committee develops at present including both the published and those under development. A new project of Wet Gas measurement and a beforehand research project of Hydrate management (ISO/PWI 11824) were also introduced. Thus, some proposals for the standardization of Upstream NaturalGas in China were presented here as follows: a.

The ISO Upstream NaturalGas Technical Committee（ISO/TC193/SC3）is mainly engaged in standardization work in the upstream area of natural gas from wellhead to longdistance pipeline including allocation and measurement, wet gas measurement, and hydrate control and management.

国际标准化组织天然气技术委员会天然气上游领域分委会（ISO/TC193/SC3）主要从事天然气上游领域（从井口到进入长输管线前）的有关分配、测量、湿气、天然气水合物控制管理的标准化工作。

The gabbro-diorites have high light rare earth elements, low heavy rare earth elements and weakly positive Eu anomalies in chondrite-normalized rare earth element curves, and with high LILEs and relative low HFSEs in primitive mantle-normalized trace element spider diagram.

The geochemical characteristics of basic to intermediate-basic igneous rocks indicate that they belong to a tholeiite suite. Their chondrite-normalized REE patterns are of nearly flat and slightly LREE-enriched type, and their primitive mantle-normalized and MORB-normalized trace element spidergrams are generally similar; the LILEs Cs, Ba, Sr, Th and U are enriched, while Rb and K and the HFSEs Nb, P, Zr, Sm, Ti and Y are depleted. All these show comagmatic evolutionary and genetic characteristics.

9提出一套表征城市污水COD组分的标准化方法建议，其特点在于：①以呼吸测量作为RBCOD和SBCOD的测量方法，与以往以物理化学方法为主的做法有着本质区别；②对原水直接进行分析测试来获得SI组分，不受溶解性惰性产物的干扰；③考虑了污水中活性异养微生物组分的单独测量；④所依赖的核心仪器-呼吸测量仪具有很高的自动化程度和简单友好的用户界面，使原本复杂的呼吸测量实验及其结果的分析统计简单化，所建议的标准化方法具有很好的实用性。

The conclusions are drawn as follows: the region is lacking of the social consciousness and atmosphere of non-polluted vegetable standardization production and consumption; the quality and efficiency of production is low; the marketing mechanisms for "high price and good quality" is not built yet; the systems of supervision and measure mechanisms for non-polluted vegetable is not established; extension service and industrialization governance can not be offered for the greenhouses vegetable production; the production scale and trade mark for local products need to be perfected; farmers low quality in science and technology and so on.

结果认为，主要存在着无公害蔬菜标准化生产和消费的社会意识和氛围不浓，产品质量和生产效益相对较低；蔬菜"优质优价"的市场机制还未建立，蔬菜质量监督检测机构尚未形成；日光温室蔬菜无公害标准化生产的推广服务体系尚未建立，产业化组织机制发育不健全；日光温室蔬菜生产规模小，品牌产品缺乏；农民文化水平偏低等五个方面的制约因素。
