Charles Hodson: As landfills around the world reach capacity governments are looking for new ways to deal with the growing amount of waste.

CHARLES HODSON: Well for the mobile providers though it's rather bad news because they've been enjoying clearly some welcomed additional profits from all of this.

CHARLES HODSON: Well I think already roaming costs are coming down and are being advertised certainly by some of the providers in the UK, but how quickly do you think what you are talking about will happen? That we will have a genuine single market for mobile, at least for telephone costs within the European Union.
