Results The spermicidal effect in vitro on male mice of the sasanqua saponin sterilant was provided with excellent positive relation in dosage-effect. The minimum spermicidal concentration being 0.05mg/ml in 3min of the sasanqua saponin sterilant was corresponded with nonoxynol spermicide and was lower than mandelic acid(0.1mg/ml) and citric acid(0.25mg/ml).

结果 油茶皂素不育剂对雄性小鼠呈现出较优的剂量依赖性体外杀精活性，3min时的最低杀精浓度为0.05mg/ml，与人用杀精剂壬苯醇醚相当，比扁桃酸(0.1mg/ml)和柠檬酸(0.25mg/ml)低。
