Results: electronic microscope showed that in prednisone group heterochromatin increased in some cells, entoblast was not obvious in some cells, fat drops were small and few, mitochondria vacuole were common, and myelin figure was found in smooth endoplamic reticulum. the ultrastructure in yc group was almost normal and megamitochondrion formation was common. a large amount of fat drops were found in cytoplasm in gw group and little improvement was found compared with that in prednisone group.

结果： 电镜结果显示：激素组个别细胞异染色质增多，核仁不明显，脂滴显著变小变少，线粒体空泡化常见，有滑面内质网髓鞘样结构形成；养阴组电镜结构基本正常，其特征是细胞内有较多的巨大线粒体形成；桂附组较激素组改善不明显，其特征是胞质内可见大量脂滴。

Vacuoles and black dense particles usually occurred in cytoplasm of heterokaryon, and occasionally, swelling of mitochondria, pycnotic nuclei or even enucleation process could be seen among hybrid cells.

超微结构分析表明，杂交细胞表面膜微绒毛、指状突及皱褶突等均明显减少，核内异染色质比例增高，核仁数目减少或消失，细胞质中常可见有空泡或黑色致密颗粒出现；少数杂交细胞出现线粒体肿胀、核固缩甚至排核现象。

Results An adequately cellular cervical cytology smear,the reduce of cells overlay, the integrality of cells morphology, the clear structure of cells and unconspicuous phenomenon of dissolving and cell shrinkage were observed , the cells were stained well and flamboyantly, the contrast ration was outstanding between cytoplasm and nucleu, the cytoplasm, nucleus,karyosome,and other components were easy to be resolved, the cells boundary,transparence showed clearly.

结果：涂片的细胞量充足，重叠减少、形态结构清晰，无皱缩自溶现象，着色良好，色彩艳丽，浆核对比突出，胞质、核染色质、核仁和其他细胞成分易于识别，细胞境界清楚，透明度良好。

In light and electronic microscopy, they appeared cell shrinkage, cell density increasing and eosinophilic, aggregation of cytoplasmic organelles, nucleolus fragmentation, and chromatin margination, condensation, and fragmentation. Those changes could be detected by TUNEL method.

在光镜和电镜下癌细胞凋亡表现为细胞体积缩小，胞浆浓缩嗜酸性，胞浆出泡、细胞器缩小或减少，核仁松解，染色质聚集、靠边、浓聚、断裂，在TUNEL法检测凋亡癌细胞时也可观察到相应的形态特点。

The results indicated that the typical apoptosis was induced by PRRSV in lungs and uteri. The ultrastructural changes showed different characterizations at different stages of the infection. During the early stage from 8th h to day 3 postinfection,the apoptosis cells shrank,the cytoplasm concentrated,the chromatin condensed,the kernel disaggregated and the endoplasmic reticulum dilated. During the middle stage from day 5 to day 9 postinfection,the apoptosis cells evidently shrank,the cell membranes protu berated,the plastosome manifolded,and apoptosis bodies were found. During the last stage from day 10 upwards postinfection,the apoptosis bodies degenerated and disappeared,and no inflammation occurred. Few apoptosis cells were necrotic.

结果表明，PRRSV可诱导宿主肺和子宫发生典型的细胞凋亡，表现为细胞的超微形态结构随着病毒感染进程出现不同的特征性变化，早期（感染后第8 h至第3 d）凋亡细胞多表现为细胞体积缩小，细胞质密度增强，染色质浓缩，核仁解体，内质网扩张；中期（感染后第5 d至第9 d）凋亡细胞体积显著缩小，细胞膜突起，线粒体增多，有凋亡小体形成；晚期（感染后第10 d以后）凋亡细胞形态多表现为凋亡小体降解和消失，少数凋亡细胞在凋亡晚期表现为坏死细胞。
