结果：在正常成年大鼠脑内COX2蛋白主要表达于皮层、海马、齿状回、视上核、杏仁核、小脑和脑干等部位，阳性细胞主要为神经元，神经胶质细胞染色很少。

RESULTS: There was plentiful COX2 protein in the cortex, the hippocampus, the dentate gyrus, the supraoptic nucleus, the amygdaloid nucleus, cerebellum and brain stem, and so on. The COX2 immunopositive cells were mainly neurons, and a few were glial cells.

结果：在正常成年大鼠脑内COX2蛋白主要表达于皮层、海马、齿状回、视上核、杏仁核、小脑和脑干等部位，阳性细胞主要为神经元，神经胶质细胞染色很少。

2 The result of electron microscope cytochemistry stain: The positive production of ACPase was present black lead phosphate deposit with high electron-dense under light microscope, located in cytoplasm or apophysis mainly. 4.2 电镜酶细胞化学染色结果：电镜下ACPase阳性产物为电子致密度高的黑色磷酸铅沉淀，主要分布于神经元的胞浆中或突起内，神经元分化的初期，溶酶体集中分布于胞质内，随突起的长出，可见在突起内出现。

Except for control group, rats in the other groups were intratracheally administered with bleomycin. Animals in pulmonary fibrosis model groups were sacrificed on day 3, 7, 14, 28 and 56. The sections of the right lung were stained by HE, Masson and sirius red. The left lung was weighed and its hydroxyproline content was assayed. The mRNAs of TGF-β1, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the lung homogenate were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.

除N组外，其余各组采用气管内注入BLM致大鼠肺纤维化模型，分别于3、7、14、28、56d处死各组大鼠，右肺行苏木精－依红、Masson胶原及天狼猩红染色，测定左肺经脯氨酸的含量RT-PCR法半定量测定转化生长因子－1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶－9(MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物－1(nMP-1)mRNA在肺内的表达。

Exchangeable Al in apoplast and symplasm of root tips of wheat was effectively desorbed by 5 mmol·L~(-1) CaCl_2 at 4℃.

故本试验分成三部份，一为添加外源水试验：使用绞碎猪后腿肉、里脊肉、腹脇肉及肩胛肉再分别添加不同百分率(0~40%)之RO水及0.95%食盐水经均质后为样品；二为添加外源脂肪试验：使用绞碎后腿肉分别添加不同百分率(0~40%)猪之背部脂肪经均质后为样品，上述所有样品测量其导电度值并经分析而得其相关系数及回归方程式；三为乳化特性之测定：使用绞碎后腿肉分别添加不同百分率(0~40%)猪之背部脂肪於两种不同盐类系统(2.5%食盐与2.5%食盐+0.3%磷酸盐)中经细切乳化后为样品，分析其导电度、物性及脂肪颗粒染色与分布状态。
