染色法

The function of bone resorption by MGC was examined with coculture of bone slice and MGC. The resorption lacunae were examined with a scanning electron microscope. The activity of acid phosphatase in MGC was observed by Gomori stain. Results: MGCs showed multinuclei (more than 20 nuclei), irriegular peripheral cytoplasm with pseudopodial projections, vacuoles were seen in the cytoplasm.

用倒置相差显微镜观察体外培养的多核巨细胞的一般形态及降钙素对它的影响；用骨片与多核巨细胞共同培养法观察多核巨细胞的体外骨吸收功能，用扫描电镜观察骨吸收陷窝，Gomori染色观察多核巨细胞的酸性磷酸酶活性。

METHODSUsing the MTT assay, transmission electric microscope, DNALadder method, TUNEL method and immunocytochemistry, the inducing APO and antiproliferation of the extract of Rubia Cordifolia L for MGC803 cell line of gastric carcinoma were studied in morphology, biochemistry and immunocytochemistry.

方法］利用组织细胞培养技术及MTT法，通过电泳分析及多种细胞染色等方法，观察茜草提取物对胃癌MGC803细胞株的凋亡及抗增殖情况。

Methods : MTr assay was used to examine the effect of Sorbaria sorbifolia on the proliferation of HepG-2 cell and flow cytometry was used for the cell cycle distribution.

采用MTT比色法观察珍珠梅提取物抑制肝癌HepG-2细胞增殖；采用流式细胞仪检测其对HepG-2细胞周期分布的影响，同时结合倒置显微镜、HE染色、透射电镜及免疫细胞化学方法检测凋亡相关基因bcl-2、p53的蛋白表达，观察其诱导肝癌HepG-2细胞凋亡的作用。

Methods TGFβ1 protein in 53 cases of RA synovia ［including 26 cases of RA,20 cases of control non-RA (14 cases of OA and 6 cases of traumatic arthritis) and 7 cases of normal synovia］ was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method.

采用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测了53例(其中26例RA，20例其他关节炎和7例正常人)滑膜组织中TGFβ1蛋白的表达情况，并用目镜网格测微尺和图像分析系统分别进行TGFβ1阳性细胞的半定量计数和TGFβ1染色强度及面积的定量分析。

The depth of tectal layerⅠand the morphological characteristics of tectal cells in layerⅠwas investigated using Nissle staining, Golgi staining, and postmortem labeled with DiImethod. Most ofⅠcells appeared shuttle, others showed round, oval, pyramidal, triangular,and polygonal etc. The lateral region of layerⅠwas thicker than the ventral and the dorsalregions.
