Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

The conversion boundary of self-incompatibility was researched by sowing by stage. Sunshine of day and temperature was studied critically by investigating leafage and researching traits indoors. The results showed that the daily minimum temperature was the principal factor of affinity conversion and the affinity conversion boundary was 16.5~18.1℃.HE97 was primarily regard as self-incompatible line in this research. The method was by inbreeding and sib HE97, Half the silk of HE97 and Zheng58. Inbreeding and cross have been done simultaneously. The extending condition of pollen tube was observed by dying the silk after pollinating 4 hours. The individuals with pollen tube were observed having seeds, while the individuals without pollen tube were observed having few seeds or no seeds. So this study regard HE97 as sporophytic self-incompatibility .The planting ration of female parent HE97 and male parent 87-1 was 4:1.The nature cross-pollination was studied by the theory of endosperm xenity, the study show that the setting percentage of HE97 was 625%, in which the seed in self was 70% and the seed in hybrid was 30%. This was consistent with the study of silk anatomy structure, then come to the same conclusion: compatible pollen germination and fertilization can stimulate the self-incompatible pollen germination and fertilization in the same corn cob.

通过分期播种，进行了光温敏自交不亲和材料HE97亲和性转换区间的研究，依据田间跟踪调查叶龄及室内考种研究了HE97亲和性转换区间的光温临界值，结果表明：1日最低温度是影响HE97自交不亲和性的主要原因，亲和性转换区间在16.5℃～18.1℃之间。2通过HE97自交和姊妹交以及将HE97与郑58作为双亲，各自的花丝一分为二，分别正反交，授粉后4个小时分别取其花丝进行固定、染色，观察花粉管的伸长情况，根据结实率与花粉管伸长的对应关系，结果发现观察到花粉管的对应植株收获到了种子，而没有观察到花粉管的对应植株结实率极低或没有结实，本研究把HE97初步划为孢子体自交不亲和类型。3以HE97为母本，87-1为父本，按4母：1父行比，通过花粉直感效应研究天然异交率，结果母本HE97结实良好(62%)，其中自交粒占70%，异交粒占30%，结合花丝切片观察表明，亲和花粉的萌发及受精会导致落在同一果穗柱头上不亲和花粉的萌发不再受抑制。

Results:(1)NSCs form typical neurospheres under adequate concentration in vitro, which are immunoreactive to Vimentin. Typically and terminally differentiated mature neural cells could not be found without the stimulus of mitogen or only under NSCs self-regulation and self-induction;(2)NSCs derived from hippocampus maintain the character of stem cells much longer with better biological behavior; NSCs passed to the 2-3 passage are the best to graft since they have not differentiated;(3)NSCs cultured in vitro could self-regulate and differentiate into neurospheres and progenitors positively immunoreactive to specific antibodies representing neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells;(4)There are widespread synaptic contacts between various kinds of descendent clones and cells;(5)Neurospheres could be formed without the stimulus of mitogen when NSCs and OECs are cocultured. Many neurospheres and cells immunoreactive to Vimentin, GFAP, MAP2, 02, p75NGFR, GFAP, S-100, Synaptosis, Vimentin, Tau (Tau is only positive in cocultureof HNSCs+HOECs) could be found;(6)The supernatant fluid triturated from adult rat spinal cord stimulates NSCs to differentiate into neurons, but do not terminally differentiate;(7)Fibroblasts and O4 oligodendrocytes are not supported to grow under this culture medium.Part II: Isolation, culture and identification of rat and human olfactory ensheathing cellsOlfactory ensheathing cells/glials are the most powerful cells to enable the regeneration of axons in the central nervous system.

结果表明：①在适宜的浓度体外培养条件下，NSCs能形成典型的神经干细胞克隆球，Vimentin免疫荧光染色阳性，单靠丝裂原刺激或NSCs自我调节和分化诱导，不会产生典型的终末分化的成熟神经细胞；②海马源性的NSCs维持干细胞特性的时间更长，生物学特性更优；③传至第2～3代的NSCs尚未分化时移植最佳；④体外培养的NSCs能自我调控分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞、O2少突胶质细胞、雪旺氏细胞染色阳性克隆球和前体细胞；⑤各种子代克隆球和细胞存在广泛的突触联系；⑥NSCs与OECs联合培养时，不需丝裂原刺激即能形成克隆球，获得大量Vimentin、GFAP、MAP2、O2、p75NGFR、GFAP、S-100、Synaptosis、Vimentin、Tau(Tau只有人HNSCs+HOECs联合培养时出现阳染)染色阳性的克隆球和细胞；⑦脊髓研磨后的上清液刺激神经干细胞向神经元方向分化，但并不出现终末分化；⑧本研究培养条件不利于成纤维细胞、O4生长。

Results Microscopically, different degrees of hepatocytic degenerative changes and hyperplasic fibrous tissue and typical false lobule formation could be seen. Timm's staining result showed uneven distributed black granular deposits in the hepatocytes. No specific PAS staining was observed. Utrastructurally, the mitochondria were increased in volume and dramatically different in shape. The number of lysomes were increased.

结果 光镜下肝细胞表现为不同程度的退行性变，胶原纤维增生以及典型假小叶形成；Timm's染色阳性，发现不均匀分布黑色颗粒或团块样物质沉积；PAS染色则普遍缺乏特异性染色；超微结构显示线粒体形态多样，体积增大，溶酶体增多，粗面内质网管腔扩张，附着核糖体的脱颗粒，以及胞质水肿，质膜溶解。

Primary cultured chondrocytes are poly-angle, cytoplasm-rich, and their nuclei are either round or oval with clear necleole. Metachromatic and alcian blue positive staining in primary cultured chondrocytes was observed. Intercellular matrix was anti-collagen type Ⅱ staining but not anti-collagen type Ⅰ staining by IHC assay.

原代培养软骨细胞呈多角型，胞质丰富，胞核成圆形或椭圆型，核仁清楚，甲苯胺蓝呈异染性，阿尔新蓝8Gx 染色阳性，细胞外基质Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化染色阳性，Ⅰ型胶原染色阴性。

Histomorphometric studies were done to measure the following indexes: the IOD values of pulmonary, skeletal muscular and pleural small vascular walls from staining of AT1 and AT2 receptors, the pulmonary vascular density, muscularization of the nonmuscular vessels, percent wall thickness and proliferation of pulmonary small vascular walls.

结果：先心病患儿肺小血管壁AT1、AT2受体染色的IOD值均高于对照组(P=0.000)；先心病患儿骨骼肌和胸膜小血管壁AT1、AT2受体染色的IOD值均高于肺小血管(P＜0.05)；先心病患儿肺小血管壁AT1受体染色的IOD值与肺血管密度、非肌性肺血管肌化程度、肺小血管壁厚百分比和肺小血管壁细胞的增殖度相关(r分别为-0.783、0.742、0.521、0.657)，AT2受体仅与肺血管密度和血管壁厚百分比相关(r分别为-0.487、0.516)。

Immunohistochemical assay were performed with HGV NS5 McAb. Results One of four samples showed positive staining, some of which located in cytoplasm and some of which in cytonucleus and cytomembrane. The number of positive staining cells are not more. More of them disrtibuted scatteredly, some of them located.

结果 1例呈阳性染色，光镜观察显示：特异染色大部分定位于肝细胞胞浆中，部分有核着色和膜型染色，呈黄色或棕黄色颗粒状，阳性细胞数量少，大多散在分布，部分呈灶性分布；阳性细胞周围可见较多淋巴细胞浸润。

As exposed to optics microscope and inverted microscope,compared to control,SW480 cells with Giemsa staining that treated with the H2RA(cimetidine、nizatidine) took on malignance declining as crimpled firstly,cellular bulk and heteromorphism dimimished,the amount of rounded cell manifolded,nucleolus bulk lessened,dyeing thin,the amount of nucleolus decreased,partial cell organs manifest side-gathering phenomenon on chromatin,and the link between SW480 cell is loosened , subsequently partial rounded cell is floated.When the H2RA(cimetidine 40μM、nizatidine 20μM) against SW480 cells after 3 day,SW480 cells change roundly,nucleolus smashed,shrinking nucleolus came into being,and part of those not adhibited cell wall.
