Results(1) Group of electroacupuncture in Shu and dense wave can significantlyreduce the degree of ankle swelling(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has obvious anti-inflammatory and repercussive roles;(2) Theresults of HE staining showed that group of electroacupuncture in Shuand dense wave can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibit synovial cell proliferation, and decrease proliferation of granulationtissue in rats joints;(3) group of electroacupuncture in dense-wave can increase the pain thresholdof experimental rats (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), reduce the content of peripheral painmediums, such as K~+, DA and 5-HT(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has significant analgesic effect;(4) In the local lesion of joints, electroacupuncture can significantly reducethe content of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-a, increase IL-4 content, decrease theexpression of COX-2mRNA, and significantly promote the expression ofHSP-70 protein in synovial tissues of acute gouty arthritis rats (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),thus restrain the occurrence of synovial tissue inflammation.

结果：(1)电针疏密波组能显著减轻踝关节肿胀度(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的抗炎消肿作用；(2)HE染色显示：电针疏密波组可使大鼠关节炎症细胞浸润明显减轻，滑膜细胞增生明显被抑制，肉芽组织增生明显减少；(3)电针密波组能提高实验性大鼠痛阈(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，降低外周疼痛介质K~+、DA、5-HT的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的镇痛作用；(4)在病变关节局部，电针能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，升高IL-4的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，并降低关节滑膜内COX-2mRNA的表达(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，可促使急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜内HSP-70蛋白表达显著增加(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，从而抑止滑膜组织炎症发生。

objective:to investigate the expression and significance of rb in the occurrence, development and regression of infantile hemangiomas.methods:the expression of rb was examined in the proliferative stage and catagen of human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique.immunohistochemical technique for factorⅷ-related antigen was used to prove that the cells which expressed rb were endothelium.image analysis system was applied to measure the expression level of rb at different stages of hemangiomas and in normal skin tissues.results:the expression of rb was significantly lower in proliferating hemangiomas than that in involuting hemangomas(p.05).conclusion:rb might play an important role in the regression of human hemangioma endothelial cells and anti-angiogenesis.

目的：探讨rb蛋白在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中rb的表达水平，并结合第ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达rb的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织rb表达的积分光密度和面积。结果：增生期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平低于退化期，差异有显著性（p.05），退化期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比，差异有显著性（p.05）。结论：rb通过抑制血管瘤内皮细胞增殖和血管生成而在血管瘤的退化过程中起重要作用。

These results indicated that HA and PmmA are both good bone graft substitutes for mastoid obliteration causing no structural or functional damage to inner ear and inducing no rejection or inflammatory reaction. Objective:to primarily find out the effect about luteolin rivalizing ototoxicity of gentamicin.methods: in this experimental study,gentamicin group was compared to the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin (10 mg,20 mg).the changes in hearing and vestibule function were discovered by measuring the threshold of abr and the frequency of eng.the method of cochlear preparation stained with sdh was used to observe morphological changes in cochleas.results: the auditory examination results showed that the thresholds of the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin were higher than the one of the gentamicin group,and the difference was significant in statistics.the morphology analysis result was consistent with auditory examination.

目的：初步了解木樨草素对庆大霉素耳毒性的影响。方法：设庆大霉素组与庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素（10 mg、20 mg）两组，并进行组间比较，观察听性脑干反应阈值、眼震电图的频率，了解其听功能及前庭功能的变化。结合耳蜗基底膜铺片琥珀酸脱氢酶染色方法观察耳蜗形态学变化。结果：听功能检查结果显示，庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素组的abr阈值明显低于庆大霉素组，经统计学处理，差异有显著性。形态学检查结果与听功能检查结果一致。
